Arco has some of the cheapest gas prices in the area not counting Sam’s Club and Costco, but there are downsides here. First, they don’t accept credit. That by itself may not matter much, but those quick and convenient kiosks on the islands between the pumps are almost always out of order in my experience. So if you’re looking to pump in a hurry without going inside, you may want to go elsewhere. I’ve no idea why they can’t keep those things running. All the other Arcos in the area seem to be able to.

Dirty, filthy, disgusting, nasty. I can’t think of any more adjectives which would describe this despicable location. Pay a little bit more and find a different gas station. You never know what you might catch from these gas pumps that are graffiti-covered.

Looks wise, probably the best looking in the IE. However, I stopped using this place. 50% of the time, the pumps are down. Who has time to wait 20 minutes in line to fill gas. Its ridiculously stupid.

Seriously, what is wrong with this place? I just drove around to 5 different pumps before I found one that’s working. Either the buttons don’t work or the system is down… It’s always the same nonsense. Get your stuff together!!!

This use to be a great place to get gas but it has gone way downhill. It’s hit or miss which pumps will be working or which pumps will take a debit card. You can’t use cash outside either so most of the time you have to go inside. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The employees are polite and nice. Thankfully I haven’t seen the people trying to sell me car wax in a while.

This is the worse gas station ever. Every time I’ve come, which I only go when it’s a necessity for gas, they’re system always goes down. Every time I’m here, I have to go inside to pay. This place needs to get their stuff together. Dang!

How this place has gone downhill. It constantly smells like rotten fruit from the boxes of melons sitting in the doorway. The worst thing about this station, which makes me steer clear of this place unless I’m in a dire coffee emergency, is the jackals roaming the pumps. They lure you in with a free window washing, then incessantly harass you to buy their window repair service, or their highly overpriced foam wax crap. One guy sprayed it on my car even though I told him not to. Whoever runs this station is woefully out of touch with customer service. I can’t wait for the Shell to open on Mountain View so I can get my coffee and gas in peace.

Big and clean gas station. I have to knock off a star for the annoying«attendants» that clean your windows and then they try to sell you something. I just want gas, not spray cans of cleaner or my window crack fixed.

I just paid for a $ 7 car wash and got pretty much nothing. The car wash sprayed my car, then stopped. I waited a minute or two. Nothing happened. I drove out and pulled into a pump to press the«speak to an attendant button». I had three kids under 3.5 yrs old in the car, two of which were asleep, and I couldn’t leave them alone in the hot car. I pressed the button a total of three times, waiting a minute or two in between each press for an answer. No one answered. I called the station and spoke to a female employee, I explained why I couldn’t come in and she agreed to come out to the car to speak with me. She looked over my car as if to check my story. It was obvious that it had not been washed but was covered in droplets from getting sprayed. She went inside to check her sensors and said that her sensors didn’t show anything and that she didn’t know what I had done to cause it to malfunction but there was nothing she could do. I’ve been through that car wash before, it’s not that complicated. She went through several versions of that, saying she had been out there when people didn’t know what to do and didn’t know what I could have done to keep it from working. Is «blame the customer» the new customer service mantra? I asked her if she could just give me a code to go through the car wash again. «No,» was her reply. No code, no refund, nothing. This is a terrible customer service/refund policy. When I called the number she suggested, I found out that it was the number for Tesoro, the company who supplies the gas for the gas pumps and there was no refund coming from them, obviously. At least that customer service rep offered to submit a complaint on my behalf. What a disappointing, frustrating, ridiculous waste of time and money. I probably burned 20 – 30 mins in total, between waiting in line for the car wash and all the ensuing discussion.

Great store with good employes. The car wash just sucks I got the 7 $ car wash and It didn’t even clean my truck the wheels and tires were still dirty and so was all the trim. Might work good for a honda civic but for a truck it doesn’t do much.

Clean, friendly staff. Elvis, is ALWAYS, professional, friendly, helpful and is a great asset to this company. I could go anywhere but I come back because of the personable service and always greeted with a smile. Great job Elvis, keep it up!

Clean, open and clean restrooms. Over all architecture is even nice too! Cheap diesel as well.
