I didn’t even want to give them ONE star… the managers are RUDE and VERY unfriendly, the storage units are filthy and covered in rat and mice feces! I would rather leave my stuff in a cardboard box in a parking lot!

My fiancée had had his storage unit here for sometime now; 8 years I think. Today, spur of the moment, we decided to clear it out and cancel his storage unit in order to get rid of a bill we didn’t really need to be paying. I had visited his storage unit on several occasions, and every time we have been greeted with polite, friendly and helpful service. They are very clear on what they can do for you here and will work with you gladly through any complications you may have. The woman behind the desk is so kind and she really values the happiness of her customers and expects full professionalism from the staff. Even though we gave no notice, which we were supposed to give a 15 day notice, she said there would be no problem and she completely understood why we wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, we have to pay one more bill this month because we failed to give the 15 day notice, but we really didn’t mind, it was on us. We really appreciated how much the woman helping us wanted to do something bout that but we kept waving it off, not even wanting or needing any kind of fee waver. The serves here was so great and helpful we will defiantly be recommending people here and gladly return if we ever are in need of a storage unit again!

The couple managing the place is friendly. They were upfront with the promotions available or discounts on a lock I needed. When I come to unload they are usually helpful, for example one day I needed to know if it’s going to rain that evening, so I don’t get caught with my stuff wet — they happily looked it up for me on the web. Another time I missed the dead line for evening gate lock-down by a few minutes, they had opened it for me without charging penalty that is in the contract. Unfortunately, recently they have not very kindly. It was a hot noon of a May day, another couple has emptied their cell into the corridor blocking the isles up and down to both exits and blocking access to other’s storage cells including my own. Left with no option but to work outdoors, I stretched a tarp over my head so I don’t burn, dehydrate or get a sun stroke and worked on sorting my stuff. Then came the facility manager and instead of apologizing for the situation started yelling at me ‘I try to run a business and you are creating a mess’ they ordered me to stop organizing, pack and leave. A month later I am still waiting for a reasonable apology. In general they have mostly been welcoming and cooperative. I hope they’re good on the long term customer service as they are about sales.
