I lived in an upstairs one-bedroom for about a year. I went to the University of Redlands and I had one roommate and overall my experience was a very positive one. There were some of the usual problems associated with apartment living(neighbor smoking became an issue for me because I’m sensitive and I heard that in spite of the gate some people got their cars broken into) but I think this was one of the better apartment experiences I had in and around Redlands. We encountered no insect or flooding problems, things were very professional, the grounds were well kept and there were lots of children. It was a very safe and pretty little complex with birds, butterflies, lizards and constantly blooming magnolias. I was happy to live there and sorry to move. I’d be happy to answer any questions about the complex as my knowledge stands, though I did leave it a year ago.
