Close to the hospital, within walking distance. Bus line is close as well, at the entrance to the park. It’s very quiet, you can hear the helicopters from the hospital, and sirens from ambulances as well. Sometimes you hear the trains too. The pool is heated, but not enough to bother during cooler months. The spa is about 90 degrees. There’s a dedicated dog park. Great for the doggies to play. The main drawback is the manager, Jodie. Many of the people in here rent the homes. She screams at everyone. She gets in your personal space and lets go. Holy Smokes. She usually makes a fool of herself. There are many stories, and observed. Naturally there are vacancies because people don’t like to be yelled at, and they move. Sad, because the vacancies hurt the income, which in the end hurt the residents.
