Poor customer service. Took over 2 weeks for delivery. Received after Mother’s Day. Trying to return and no responses from company. Bad company. Be careful

The fun started with my order. I tried to put in the 10% off code that I was given and it wouldn’t go through. Before I knew it, I had placed my order by choosing the back button. Whatever happened, the ordering process was a mess. About an hour later I changed my mind as the order fell so fast out of my hands between not getting the 10% off and the order going through in an unconventional way. I sent an email requesting to cancel to which they told me it was too late. I receive the watch. I hate it. The face is way too large on the touchscreen version and I feel like some kinda apple watch wannabe. I sell it on eBay. It gets returned to me after the buyer claims the time jumps all over the place. I think she’s bluffing but I refund her money after she returns it to me. I reset the time and lo and behold, after not wearing it, I check the time and it has jumped ahead two hours all on it’s own. I send an email through the website. No response after a few days. I’ve just sent another email since there’s a 3 month warranty. I’m sure they’ll stick me with the same exact model that I don’t want, but that one will hopefully sell on eBay. I’m also tempted to just throw the darn watch in the garbage. I don’t need a reminder of a foolishly spent $ 79, if it did go to charity(supposedly). Do yourselves a favor and donate directly.

Less than stellar customer service. Great product. I was either given the wrong tracking number or they have the most incompetent shipping department in the Midwest. I called USPS and they said the tracking number I was given was correctly shipped to it’s destination… In Texas. I live in NY, 20 minutes south of Canada. Way off. Still no word back from the company about it and when I tried to call them, they just rerouted me back to the email contact. Why can’t someone just talk to me?

Like Sara D., I am going through a similar ordeal with 1Face. I don’t have any complaints about the product, and certainly none with the causes they support, but just because you’re a «charitable organization» doesn’t mean you can completely ignore your customer service. I ordered the touchscreen version of their watch(the most expensive option BTW) back in April. After a couple weeks without receiving my watch I reached out them to find out what was up. Once they finally replied I was informed that the touchscreen watch was on back-order and I would have to wait until sometime in June to receive it. Separately, I learned that 1Face watches were available through and that they had the touchscreen watch in stock. At that time I placed an order with Nordstrom and requested a refund from 1Face given their supply chain delays. Instead of a refund 1Face continually offered to send me two of their base model watches as an alternative(I should mention that those watches go for $ 40 a piece, so an $ 80 total value, which was less than the $ 99 I had already spent). I refused their offer several times and explained that I had found a watch via one of their retail partners, which I had gone ahead and purchased, and that I would just like to have my money back at this point. FINALLY, I was informed that because they are a charitable organization, they do not offer refunds as they«take away from donations». Again, I explained that they were still getting a «donation» from me because I had purchased a watch through a different channel. Despite my pleading and requests to communicate with someone higher up within the organization, they continued to deny my request for a refund and eventually stopped corresponding with me. Then, on 6/5, I received an automated email that my watch was finally being shipped and I was provided a tracking number and informed my watch would arrive in 5 – 7 days. Well, now it’s been a week and the tracking info still says, as it has from the day I received it, that the package is still en route to the shipping facility. BOTTOMLINE: 1Face is a miserable and completely unprofessional customer service organization and I would recommend purchasing their products through one of their retail partners. After all, their charities should not suffer just because their customers do.

Great cause(s), not-so-great product. The worst attribute about 1: Face is their customer service/infrastructure. It’s absolutely abysmal. I bought two a little less than a year ago and both took months to arrive. My credit card was charged immediately, but I was never informed of any shipping information. After several weeks of radio silence, I had to track them down and inquire about my order. The strap on one watch recently broke and they asked me send it back, stating that they would gladly ship a replacement as soon as they received the defective one. That was over 9 weeks ago and the saga still continues. First, they sent me the wrong tracking information. Then, they sent my watch to the wrong address. Now«their system is down» and refuse to send out any product until it is functioning again. This also means that I cannot receive an update on my order. To top it off, they also have no idea of when their system will up and running again so I have to wait indefinitely to get my watch. The level of ineptitude at that place is staggering. **UPDATE | 12÷1÷14: After weeks of back and forth, I was finally able to obtain the e-mail address of Customer Service Manager Bill Landis( ). For those of you having similar issues with 1: Face I suggest contacting him to see what he can do.
