Awful awful awful. From the time I dropped off. Stood in a short line for a long time. To pickup, stood in a short line for 20 mins! Awful service, I will never go back.

C-N-C! C-N-C! C-N-C! See-In-See! Reasonable prices, on site cleaning, on site alterations and quick turnaround. Open 7 days a week too! Who could ask for anything more? I have been bringing my items here on and off for quite some time and I am still very pleased with the results. I have never had an instance where an item was lost because each item has its very own bar code that is scanned in and accounted for on your receipt when you drop off. Now admittedly, there have been a few occasions where an item had creases when I specifically requested none, but when it has happened, they fix it on the spot if I am willing to wait. Timeliness? I have never had an issue but I have witnessed an older gentleman complaining about only half of their order being ready on time but it was cleaned and pressed while the customer waited because he like most older folks did not want to come back. I’m sure he would be back again for the next batch but he did not want to come back because«they were brought in at the same time and should be ready». All in all, this place is great if you dry clean your clothing regularly because the price is significantly lower. Thus the reason I continue to make the trek after my neighborhood location closed. Comparable results and great prices. ******************************************************** Occasionally, they will run specials like any size comforter $ 9.99 or Coats $ 4.99. … The only caveat is it is prepay, but if regular customers are short on funds they will let you pay at pick up.

I brought my white puffer coat in to have it dry cleaned. Paid $ 10.49. Good deal. but when it was returned to me it didn’t even look like it had been washed! There was dirt on it still and pen marks! I didn’t know if since it’s white it just has absorbed the dirt or if they just did a poor job. I’ve had it dry cleaned in the past and it came out new looking. Maybe I just waited too long in between cleanings… but I won’t be bringing it back there.

I’ve been coming here for years. They’ve always been friendly, affordable, and your shirts were ready when they promised. But the past month, their service has dropped dramatically. I had three shirts they said would be ready on a Monday. I got one on Monday, one on Tuesday, and the third on Thursday, because they couldn’t find it on Wednesday. What was always ready in 2 – 3 days has been taking 4 – 5 days. The people working the register in the evening all have a deer in headlights look and god forbid a manager is available after 5. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management recently or what the deal is, but if service doesn’t improve soon, it’s about time to find a new cleaners.

They are SLOW and understaffed. A trip to the dry cleaners should be a quick process, but there is always a wait and when they are finally helping you, they are slow. They do a decent job cleaning the clothes, but I don’t think I will go back. CD One price is cheaper and more efficient.

Should have read the reviews prior to going here… Dropped my clothes off Friday and asked that the clothing be done for Saturday pick-up. Something came up on Saturday so I was not able to make it. Got there Sunday, gave my tickets and waited for the clothes to arrive. I had four shirts and four pants. The four pants come, then one shirt. Time goes on and they cannot find my three other shirts. This is a problem seeing as I need a dress shirt for each day that I work and I only have five. The person at the counter says that it is probably misplaced and that he will look for it when he closes the place up. Whether he finds it or not he will call me on Monday to update me. I wasn’t happy but what can you do. Monday comes and I don’t hear anything. Since 7PM was approaching I decided to call and see what was going on. I spoke with one of the employees and they informed me that they do not have my clothes and that it is likely that they gave it to somebody accidentally. She said she would call the customers and see if anyone has it. This tells me that all of Monday, prior to me calling, no one was checking with other customers. I am told that«people make mistakes» and they are doing their best to find my clothes. Again, no choice but to wait. I give them Tuesday to continue the search and hear nothing. I waited till just before 7PM on Wednesday to give them a call back to see if there was any progress. At first I am told that they are ready but then someone quickly jumps in and informs me that my clothes are still lost. At this point I ask them when I can be reimbursed for the lost clothing and they inform me that it takes 30 days. So, basically I have to go buy new clothes and hope that eventually they find my clothes. The only reason that I gave this place two stars is because, for the money, the actual work is not bad. 06/24/2013 — Update It now has been almost three weeks since this«establishment» has lost my clothes. No calls, no updates, nothing. Interestingly enough, my review has been removed from the company site. Interesting.

Short and sweet here… they do a great job cleaning, and the prices are good. But, and there is always a but, it should be a butt, but… They lose stuff on the racks. They have always found it after a week or two. Too much competition to be doing that.

Great cleaners the prices are great $ 2.49 for shirts and pants. They’re very reliable and took a stain out of a cream colored jacket I have perfectly… just like new. My work slacks are pressed and cleaned to a T as well as my suits.
