I’m glad to have a wonderful specialty toy store in the area as an alternative to the big box stores. Good selection of educational and unique toys and a great place to look for the perfect birthday present or special treat.

Arrived today (a Sunday) & found a note on the door «be right back». So although I came to the mall only for this store, I went in & walked around a bit. Then I go back at 4:30 to find another note on the door saying «had to close early. Be back tomorrow.» What?!! Get reliable employees and keep your store open! Will be a while before I come back.

I’ve been in to this store both times. Both times when I walked in we were the only people in the store. We were not greeted — or acknowledged that we walked into the store. In fact, the first time, I had to walk over and look behind the counter to see if there was someone there working and who would help us out. Both times, there was a young man, surfing the net on his computer. I actually said hello to him and had had to ask several times for assistance before he got off of his derrière.
When I asked for help, he walked over and pointed to a general area and pointed out one or two toys. Then he walked away.
My daughter decided to buy some charm necklaces and bracelets for presents. They are cute, but a bit pricey — but I know that they are supposed to be packed up in a cute little box. I asked several times… no boxes of any sizes. (Luckily I went into the Yorktown Mall and a yound lady at the Hallmark store gave us some boxes).
Overall a disappointing shopping experience. The products in the store are nice — but they have the same products at ‘My Favorite Toy Store’ — and there the sales people walk you all over and help you pick out the perfect gift in your price range — and then wrap the present up in boxes (all free of charge).
Unfortunately, I will not go back to this store.

Do not bring your child in here!!! They WILL find something they won’t leave behind and you’ll be stuck with a crab ass the rest of the day if you don’t buy it OR you’ll pay mucho bucks for that item.
They have lullabies playing through out the store. Music to someone’s ears but not to mine. I was surprised the guy behind the counter wasn’t asleep!
Otherwise this is such a cute place with lots of items for children of all ages. Yes, it’s pricey but they have unique toys and books. As far as books, they have classic ones! For those parents that like that kind of thing.
So check it out and bring your child at your own risk. ;)
