I went into a store to purchase these shoes for a gift. They didn’t have them in the size I needed so the girl recommended they ship them to me. Great in time for Xmas. Received my shipment a few days before the holidays. Open up the box to find one boot in the box. Immediately tried calling customer service was on hold for over 2 hours. Tried to do the call me back option. It’s been 2 weeks and still havent received a call back. Decided to do the chat option which is at such a delay in this day and age of technology. Took 45 plus minutes to connect with someone. Finally after speaking to someone she told me they have to email me a label and receive my one boot back to credit me or send out another pair. Took 2 days for the label to come. Today it is 10 plus days and still no refund. Called customer service at 4 am to be able to even speak to someone.
I was told that a check has been mailed to me and I should get it in 7 – 10 days. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase or return. Would never recommend your store to anyone
