I don’t normally shop here, or at these kind of teenager-​oriented stores in general, but after having a horrible experience at the Forever 21 next door, I was forced in desperation to stop in other similar mall stores in hopes of finding the perfect present for my teenage sister.
Good news! They had exactly what she asked for! Even better, although there were about a hundred people working at the 21 store, it was trashed and nobody would help me. (It is the weekend before Christmas.) This store was totally clean and the only sales lady I saw was behind the counter ringing up customers with a quickness while at the same time ensuring everyone was getting a good deal, pointing out extra sales, and being extremely courteous and helpful.
If you are looking for this kind of clothing, or forced into the situation like I was, I recommend giving this store a try.
