I have been a faithful client of Peace Spa for many years (too many to mention!), and have referred many people to them! Both aestheticians spend at least two hours per facial, and that allows them to address whatever issues your skin may be having, i.e. the facial is customized for you. The products used are high end and filled with vitamins, oils, and other ingredients that are soothing to your skin. In addition to that, a hand and foot treatment is included, which is a nice bonus! I always get rave reviews on how my skin is glowing! I enjoy my time at Peace Spa and the experience and knowledge of the highly trained professionals

You can say you’ve had a facial all you want… but you haven’t had a TRUE facial till you’ve been at the mercy of Shannon Smith at Peace Spa. I have struggled with acne for the better part of my life since puberty but it wasn’t till I met Shannon that I realized that it wasn’t just the run of the mill bacterial or stress induced acne. I had hormonal acne– the worst kind. People would always try to tell me what to use based on their skin… Proactive, neutrogena, etc. Nothing worked. I may have been «Clean & Clear» but I was NOT under control.
Shannon uses some sort of tweezer and literally pulls these oil «plugs» out of your pores. I’ll be honest… This facial isn’t relaxing or even enjoyable for the better part of it… But when you stand up, look in the mirror, and your skin looks clearer after 2ish hours of her poking and prodding. It is alllll worth it.
Also, she charges nearly $ 90 I think for her deep pore cleaning facial, but plan on being there AT LEAST 2 hours. She is a sweetheart and an honest woman who not only loves what she does but also cares about YOU and the health and future of your complexion. She will not tell you to get up until she feels that she had cleared 100% of the dirt, grime, oil or crap that was living in your pores.
I have put myself on a 3 month schedule to let Shannon do her thing and my skin has never been happier… And I’VE never been happier and more confident.
