Pizza Hut

This is my first and last Unilocal review. Your employee chris on the phones is rude and totally incompetent. I’ve had my last 3 orders messed up whether it be the pizza coming cold or forgetting things I’ve ordered. Never will I order this shit pizza again. Your bloodline is weak. You will not survive the winter.

I used to LOVE Pizza Hut in the 80’s and 90’s (who didn’t?), but I can honestly say that the thought of eating here in the previous few decades wouldn’t have even naturally occurred to me. However, we had a shindig recently that involved a need for pizza delivery, I had a coupon, and so fate (and frugality) directed me to give Pizza Hut another shot.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the order process (used the website), the delivery speed, and the quality of the food. The delivery guy was also super pleasant, which is always a bonus. Our food was still hot and yummy. My memories of Pizza Hut from childhood are of a rather greasy and chewy pizza, but this was quite good. Obviously doesn’t come close to the pricey gourmet places (Giordano’s, Connie’s, etc.) but I’d definitely order again for a quick, cheap, and yummy meal.

Never again will I order from Pizza Hut on vacation with my family ordered online and called to confirm and still my order was wrong the food was cold and horrible.

Unwilling to make special request in exchange of ingredient, even tho the product is made fresh. Pizza rolls with pepperoni substituted with ham. Won’t be back!

Normally I’m not a big fan of Pizza Hut but this location does a good job. My deliveries are always prompt and the delivery guys are always very nice and can actually find my place which is a bit challenging.
The pizza I ordered tonight was very good. Perfectly cooked and tasted fresh. I’ll order from them again!

Wow, can’t believe I ate this all the time when I was a kid. Recently I ordered a thin crust, big mistake. By the time it was delivered it was cold and it tasted like cardboard. Even tough I was hungry I just couldn’t finish it.
An extra star because I think their stuffed crust is decent, but that’s about it.

A few months ago I placed an online order for 4 – 5 pizzas to be delivered after school for a «homework club» I was hosting for my students. I asked for the pizza to be delivered at 2:40 in order to ensure the end-​of-​the-​day stampede would already be done and over with. On the online form I indicated which of the 2 main doors the pizza should be delivered to, and which street corresponded with the door number.
I left my co-​teacher with our «homework club» 5 minutes early to retrieve the pizza… she had an appointment to go to, but I was only going to be gone 10 minutes the most. I had a few students in tow to assist me. We waited… and waited… and waited… at 2:50 I called to ask if there was a problem with the order, because the Pizza Hut is literally ½ mile from the school. The person who I spoke with said, «Where IS [address of the school]?! My driver has been driving around everywhere looking for it!» I said the name of the school, and then he told me that I had never indicated the school’s name on the online order form. He definitely was rude and accusatory; he spoke in an almost reprimanding fashion to me — that it was MY fault that they’re flustered and having issues finding the place.
REALLY?!
If you’ve had such trouble, why didn’t you call ME in the first place? Why am I having to call you when you’re (now) 15 minutes late?
And, REALLY — you’ve NEVER delivered to the school? Because I, personally, have ordered from this particular location TO the school in the past; hence why I have an account set up online. I have NEVER had a problem.
I’m also confused how a delivery driver can’t figure out the sequence of numbers on a street…
The pizza arrived after 3 (3:05? 25 minutes late)… my co-​teacher was late because she couldn’t leave 10 students unsupervised in a classroom, and the pizza itself was dry and cold. Neither the driver nor the manager (?) dispatcher (?) I spoke with on the phone was decent enough to apologize for the cold pizza, their tardiness, or their poor customer service.
While I never had exceptionally high standards for Pizza Hut, this was far below past experience. In the future I will definitely be getting our pizza elsewhere.

As far as Pizza Huts go, this one is pretty good. The staff is polite and the pizza is consistently good.
I mean, it is Pizza Hut but pretty good for a last minute dinner decision or a lazy, not-​wanting-​to-​cook night.
