Potted Petals

I have shopped the Potted Petals when I have needed an anniversary gift. The shop is chock full of wonderful selections from which to choose.

Yikes… what’s with the broken asphalt and weeds growing out of all the cracks on the sidewalk? Yikes

Potted Petals is great! They have gifts for every season, and the silk flowers are a terrific idea. As I say to friends, it is a gift that keeps on giving. The gifts will last as a remembrance of Easter, Mother’s Day, or any holiday. Looking for that perfect gift? Potted Petals has it. They have a great collection for weddings — silk flowers for the bride, and bridesmaids, and gifts for the wedding party.

I love this place. Kathleen has it decorated so nicely. If you are ever looking for cute creative outside and/​or inside floral décor/​arrangements for any occasion, this is the place to come.
Kathleen even does landscaping and will come decorate your home and/​or office foyer for the Christmas Holiday. Between the photos of her work and seeing her work around town (example: at the Historical Society) will blew you away. It makes you want to just observe it longer than normal. If there’s such a thing. :)
Warm friendly environment and Kathleen is easy to work with and is extremely good at what she does.
I love that she has charity fundraiser events at her store and gives back to our community.
You won’t be disappointed.

If you are in the Lombard area, check out this cute place. Kathleen decorates the place so nicely. I am sure you will find something super cute to give as a gift or decorate your home. Also, if you are having a wedding, I would highly recommend you have Kathleen do your flowers. She listened to exactly what I wanted and used her amazing talent to create a beautiful design. She is extremely pleasant to work with and very dependable. She also gives back to the community which is wonderful. Thank you for having this great shop in Lombard.

Potted Petals is my «go-​to» place when I need a special, unique gift, or just something fun to spruce up my own home. There is always something new and the quality is exceptional. You won’t find these things on a big box store!
In addition, Kathleen is an expert at assisting with any landscaping challenges. She can work within any budget to make your project look like a million bucks! You would be hard pressed to find a better talent.

If you haven’t been here, you must go. It’s the perfect place to spend an hour or two getting décor ideas, selecting a gift, or shopping for a specific season.
Also, if your landscaping design needs some help, the owner of Potted Petals will knock your socks off with her designs. Throughout the years she has specials, themed night outs, all are plenty off fun. You will go once, twice and keep coming back for more! Oh, and don’t miss the Holiday Season at Potted Petals!

This is a great store to pick out a unique gift! I have been twice ~ once for a women’s event, and then after their recent feature in West Suburban Living magazine. There are so many seasonal décor items, candles, garden items, bath items, etc. And I know that the owner does landscape /​floral design as well. It’s very easy to find ~ the pink shop on Main St. in Lombard!

If you need a gift and are having trouble coming up with something, stop in this unique shop in Lombard. Her shop is always full of great gift ideas. The best thing about the shop is that it is constantly changing with the seasons, so you’ll always find something new.
The specialty of the owner is landscaping. I’ve seen photos of her gardens, and she really does a great job.
The owner wears a couple hats in that regard, but she does it well. You would be well served to go check it out!

I just attended the Potted Petal’s Ghouls Night Out and had a great time. I hadn’t been in the new store and it was really fun and inspirational. It used to be primarily silk flowers but now she has unusual gift food items, unique ornaments and wonderful décor items. I made a note to self on teacher gifts, four framed vintage fairy prints, crystal christmas decorations and goarn bread mix in a vintage inspired towel. I am not a very cutesy person, bu I felt at home here becasue the items weren’t the same old thing you see in this kind of a shop.
Back to Ghouls Night Out. They had free psychic readings and I ate it up, as well as some great snacks and drinks. I highly recommend visiting this store and attending one of the owners events.

I went to Potted Petals as the owner is a member of a network group I am a part of. She descibes it as a Home and Garden shop that is unique. That it is. It is located in an a pink building right on Main St. in lombard. When I was there she was getting all her Halloween decorations out. She has a lot. There are more Garden items than Home items I would say but if you love gardening, this is your place. In addition to all the wonderful garden and home items, Kathleen, the owner, will do consultations for garden design and landscaping. Her shop doesn’t do justice all that she can do… she has some books with pictures and has lots of great ideas.
I was able to pick up some accessories for my home/​kitchen and got some ideas for greens and flowers in urns for my front porch.
Stop on it. It is worth the trip to Potted petals.
