Called to get appointment for measure and order. Pete was busy and asked if he could call back in 5 minutes. No call. I called him back. Made appointment for 4:30 pm today and sadly, he no showed! I called and left a message on machine. The answering machine message gave a contact that was non working. «PeteTh​e​Blind​Guy​.com» Went on the website to leave an inquiry message and will wait to see what happens.
I’ve used them before and been satisfied. I understand Pete is a small business, but I wish he would have called.

Pete the owner arrived at my house on time for the appointment. After patiently going over samples with me he measured and was on his way. He took the time to explain the subtle differences in materials and how they would perform in certain locations with different light. Best part was that I wanted a particular color which was discontinued, he made a call and viola they had enough for that size window! I’d highly recommend the Bling Spot.

Pete at the Blind spot could not be more accomodating. He helped me choose, order, install and continues to maintain my blinds. He always answers your questions and the phone and when in need of service always sends someone out. He backs his product and is courteous. It is the BEST place to order blinds. I would recommend the Blind Spot to anyone looking for Blinds. Plus they beat everyones prices. Great company, Great Service!

The Blind Spot is one of those rare occasions that opposes the «if you want to do something right, do it yourself» maxim. I don’t know the first thing about blinds or window treatments. The owner came out to my new condo with a bunch of huge books-​we looked at this, we looked at that and I now have blinds. Everything perfectly measured, everything great. That was a few years ago. The next time I saw him, it was for my business. A smile, a tape measure, a conversation. I have blinds. Done and done. If I had known how it works, I wouldn’t have waited so long!
