Miss Donuts and Bakery

This place is a total joke and doesn’t deserve one star. We popped in on our way home to pick up some Cajun food. The service was terrible and very slow, and the price for two pounds of fish came to $ 35! Crazy.
Most importantly the food: just don’t do it. Stone cold. No flavour. Very chewy. 9 muscles and 11 prawns is not two pounds of fish! Please!
I can’t say enough how disappointed I am with this place, I’ve written to you requesting a refund — I hope you reply.

This PLACE CONTINUES to allow transients to sleep around and leave their trash and alcoholic empty cans everywhere. 2 transients were observed having sexual favors with the worker in the back alley

I really like Ham, Cheese and Jalapeño Croissants, and they have a very good one here. I have eaten them from California Donut in Hollywood and at Tastees Donut & Burger in Pasadena. The Ham, Cheese and Jalapeño Croissant that they serve here is every bit as good. Also, if you need moving blankets… bam!

Despite the urgency for me to order, the lady helping me was friendly. She didn’t speak much English so it was understandable.
I ordered a peeled pound of cajun shrimp with a side of rice. It was made in less than 10 minutes and was a total of $ 15 with an Arizona on the side.
When the food was ready, it was plain looking but wow, it was tasty and the juice was flavorful! I just added salt for more of a kick. I’d eat here again even though there were some bummy crack heads outside.
Btw I ate here alone so it was a quick craving filler after work. Don’t take girls on dates here. I’d say maybe alone or a single person to-​go meal. They sell donuts and ice cream here too, which was pretty random.
I watched netflix in the corner and enjoyed my food. The owners didn’t bother me with pushy nice customer service so it was great.

10:10am and wanted to get my donut fix and I got a dozen donut holes for 1.50 and they were days old and nasty! Smh.

This place is lucky to get one star. The biggest issue was that the lady at the register tried to purposely overcharge me and was rude. The donuts are of poor quality. This place never gives me a receipt so they can not pay taxes and overcharge me. The owner tried to overcharge me on 3 out of 3 visits I went there. Be very careful that she does not overcharge you and look at the posted prices.
