At age 57 I knew I needed accountability to work out consistently and stay fit. My workout partner who did P90X with me stopped showing up about 6 months before I joined Manny’s Fitness Boot Camp. I stopped pushing myself. I was very inconsistent. When I was referred to Manny by a friend who just completed it I decided to give it a try. I hadn’t run outside much at all since College. The first two months I must have strained every muscle I could think of(calves, hamstring, thighs) but with the right amount of sleep, Manny’s instructions on proper hydration, eating habits, etc. I kept getting stronger. I recovered every time and just kept showing up. I have now lost nearly 10 lbs, am running and exercising outdoors again, eating right(the Paleo way) and have not reached this level of fitness(even with P90X) since my college days. You will never regret becoming an MFP’r. I am nearly done with my third 5 week class and look forward to continuing this workout regimen as a life long habit.

Love MFP! It has changed my life. When I joined in June of 2012 i was over weight and out of shape. I love the accountability, the team work and most of all the results. I am down 24# and I’ve never felt stronger!

This is an amazing program! I started with MFP in August 2011 and have enjoyed the incredible benefits of workout in a challenging, yet fun environment, for over a year now. I had a membership at the local gym for 3 years and went maybe 3 – 4 times a year. In a gym I lacked the motivation to reach my fitness goals. In MFP there is tons of motivation from other members and it is always pushing you to get out of your«Comfort Zone.» If you want a program that is not going to bore you looking at 4 walls and will motivate you to get off of your couch and begin a new lifestyle — MFP is definitely the program you want to join! And also to mention — This program is for people of ALL fitness levels!
