Went there once and never again. The lady left me bare naked on the table and then barged in when I was getting dressed. I was still getting ready and she was already demanding a tip. To top it off I saw her fold the towels that I was laying on, she left them there for the next costumer… gross! I quickly went home to shower. Who knows if the towels I were on were clean.

The staff at New China massage are very respectful, and profesional. There facility is clean, warm and confortable. There staff have a wide array of techniques. It is a great massage and an affordable price.
Not shady at all.

Horrible customer service and apparent scam artists. My wife went to redeem a 60 gift certificate and was denied service because it had expired. Apparently they only make their gift certificates valid for 90 days. Per CA law this is illegal. You cannot lose the monetary value of a prepaid gift certificate in the state of California. This business is using a deceptive practice to take customers money up front without providing services. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was my first massage ever, I was so excited to have one. I checked in and the lady don’t know how do massage at all even she dose not speak English. So in the middle of massage she told me to pay more and let the other girl to do me massage basically she was trying to tell me to have half an hour more and pay more. But I told her no and I left before I finish my first hour… because she dose not know how to do massage .
It was bad experience for me.

Just left this place and wow, I feel amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back. We’ve been here before a few months back and service was good. If I reviewed back then I would have given a 4 star rating because staff was low and my guy had to stop and answer phone calls and talk to customers when they came in. This time was totally different!!! I had the best 60 min massage– 30 foot, 30 body, and Jeff did wonders. Last time the body portion was in the same open space as the foot massage but this time I was taken to the back and they used oil, hot towels and hot stones. If I could have gone longer I would have. Ill be coming back every month!!!
