I lived here for two years and loved it. The community is close enough to shops but far enough away to not have arbitrary foot traffic walking through the complex. The apartments are really nice and have all new carpet, appliances and counter tops. I lived in two different apartments (1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) and never once heard my neighbors. The bathrooms are huge, too! I really like that they are dog friendly and the neighboring community is great for dog walks. Overall, this is a quiet, updated and safe place to live.
–1 star for no pool/​gym but there is a kid’s park and a baseball field.

Lompoc, CA
I am currently a resident here, and I absolutely love our apartments! To me, they’re the nicest around here. I took away a star, though, because the apartment complex has no amenities! We have no pool, no gym, NOTHING! So, that’s really inconvenient because I know a lot of would love a pool and a hot tub!
