I love the food here. I’ve tried the phở, spicy fried rice, pad Thai, sticky rice, and green beans. All very delicious. Only complaint they aren’t that friendly. But still love the food!!!

Great food, but customer service is lacking. But when the food is that good I can forgive them.

The panang curry is amazing. Absolute perfect flavor and consistency, and a good amount of spice. I’ve also had their phad thai and see ew in the past, which was great. I live in Austin now, but since I’ve been back in Santa Maria to visit family, I knew I had to stop by Lompoc for Suvans at some point again.

First time here and tried the Pad Thai combination plate and my meal was prepared in a timely fashion. It was very tasty and allowed me to try the various ingredients. Not a fancy place by any means but there was a steady stream of customers both dining in and to go orders. The owner made it a point to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. In fact both ladies were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. An added plus is that this eatery is within a 5 min walk of the Holiday Inn.

Suvans is my husband favorite place in Lompoc! The phở here is best in town! Other favorites includes egg rolls, pad Thai, lad na. The Thai ice tea is delicious too

It was a hot day and nothing sounded good for lunch. Ended up here and the Loa Noodle Salad was a perfect choice. They serve the dressing on the side so it’s to your liking. Light, cool and delicious.

Yum, yum, YUM! I hadn’t tried Phở and the first time I had it was here!!! Their broth is addicting and very flavorful. The Thai Tea is delicious. Hubby and I usually order it to pick up and they are quick and it’s always packed well. We will return!

Bought the Phở when I was in school. The meatballs tasted like there was cleaning supply(bleach or the like) used on them. Very disappointing.

Went here because it was open later than our first choice for Chinese food. We ordered pick up and while the taste was adequate, the portion size was surprisingly small. We ordered 2 entrees to share between 2 people and we were left hungry, which is unusual for Asian restaurants. I will not be going back, foregoing Chinese food all together rather than pay outrageously much for so little food.

Struggled between 3 and 4 stars, but the calamari took me over the top. So delicious, fried to a crisp, but still tender inside, but the kicker is the dipping sauce and slight glaze on the calamari itself. Not to mention, they give you a good portion. I also had the panang curry, but it was a bit water and flavorless, and that made me sad because there is nothing like a good curry. The Pad Kee Maow was good, the brussel sprouts were an interesting veggie add to the mix. They definitely do fresh here and that makes me happy and thus I had to give them the 4 stars over the 3.

Update: the menu has changed, and you order at the counter. Two stars for making me the curry I love that wasn’t on the new menu… but mild was soooo SPICYHOT I couldn’t eat it. They did make me a new bowl, but the restaurant was so cold I took it to go. When I asked to turn the AC down, they said no. It was chilly outside, so this was just too uncomfortable to stay and eat in my jacket and scarf. I know some places keep it chilly so patrons don’t linger-these aren’t the kind of places I like to frequent. Bummer. I will miss my fav curry dish.

Great food. My mom has never had Thai food and never wanted to eat it. She ate pad thai and she LOVEDIT. She tried some of my yellow shrimp curry and loved that was well. An awesome experience.

We had one night in Lompoc and were pretty hungry after traveling up from the Los Angeles area. Thanks to Unilocal we found our way to this place. It was not quite what we expected but it was delicious nonetheless. You arrive and go straight to the counter to order and pay. You’re then allowed to find any open seat. Within minutes your food comes out fresh and hot. We had the fresh spring rolls with tofu(could have used more tofu), Pad Thai(fairly decent) and fried rice with tofu. On the listed menu they wrote, «most dishes can be prepared vegetarian.» I found this to be true. This isn’t the kind of place to sit down for a fancy date. But they are quick, easy, and tasty. If they were local, I’d definitely come frequently if I could afford the oil and fried food in my diet.

My experience with the Phở is nothing to write home about. Then again, I’ve never written home about food that I loved. It was standard — the reason for 2 stars is because the noodles were all clumped on the bottom of the bowl in the shape of the container they were probably frozen in. The flavor of the Phở was exceptional — they gave plenty of the traditional bean sprouts along with fresh jalapeño on the side. I think there was too much cilantro in the Phở itself. We all know the poignant aroma that too much cilantro can do to you. It’s not good my friends. *Pro tip* Joining the military will give you 10% off. SCORE!

This use to be the best in town. Now they made the portions smaller without dropping price, and the quality is all over the place. Minus one star. I’m also not a fan of the order before you sit style. Take away another star. They use to offer beer and wine but not anymore, that’s another star gone. Still good for takeout but I won’t be bringing my crew here any longer.
