Walmart Supercenter

Michael from pick up and delivery FINALLY took care of my refund I’ve been waiting for for over 3 months. Not sure why it took so long for such a big corporation to give $8.07 back for an item left out of my purchase. Thank you so much Michael, you did fabulous. ????????

I arrived 11 minutes exactly before the customer service booth was supposed to close and asked if I could exchange some undershirts because I had purchased the wrong size. The woman working gave me serious attitude and said her drawer was counted so she would not let me exchange my merchandise. I spoke with the night manager who also gave me attitude and would not let me EXCHANGE the shirts. Bottom line, if the sign says you’re open to a certain time, you are open to help customers until that time.

Was there the other day and a woman who I later found out was a manager of some sort, interrupted me as I was asking an employee on the floor where an item was. The kind employee was explaining where the item was located in the store and the manager comes up and says to the employee” excuse me aren’t you in the wrong area? Go to your department.” IT WAS SO RUDE! I could not believe she talked to her employee like that in front of a customer, let alone talked to her like that at all. It was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. Thumbs down to that manager. Treat your employees better.

Ally in the deli/​cake area is amazing to work with. Totally recommend them for birthday cakes!

I love this Walmart, way better than the one in Santa Maria. This super center is exactly what Lompoc needed. Being able to get all my shopping done in one place is so convenient. All of the associates are always very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are much cleaner than most stores around here and they stock and check up on them often. I like the way the grocery side is setup although I do dislike that the cosmetics and hygiene products are on the other side of the store. The savings catcher saves my family so much money each money and keeps me from going to a competitor.

Black Friday can be a hectic and chaotic time and today, it certainly was! After waiting in line for 4+ hours I walked away with my goodies. As I was on my way out I saw the mini iPad line with ZERO people in it. I approached three employees who were THE NICEST considering how exhausted they were for all they had been put through on Black Friday. Kudos to them for holding onto their smiles after having been tortured by the public for hours. Thank you Matt, Rob and Cassie!

I am considering driving to Santa Maria’s Walmart because this Walmart just gets worse, if possible. I try to only go once a month to get everything I need… sure, I’m busy and like to be efficient but I do this because I hate shopping here! IF I forget something, I tend to pick it up for more money at a grocery store so I don’t have to step foot in Walmart for another 30 days.
Now that it’s a Super Walmart, they’ve «kicked up» their bad customer service. I tend to see at least one supervisor walking around… neither of them have ever made eye contact, let alone smile or say anything.
I miss checking out with the older ladies in the garden section. No, they weren’t the quickest but they all were very pleasant.

I hate this Wal-​Mart. And I mean HATE.
One employee that works here, I think she’s French?, has been extremely rude to us on two or three separate occasions. But it’s Wal-​Mart, not like I’m expecting 5-​star service here.
Last time I was here, a few days ago, I asked an employee if I could get something out of a locked case, she said she’d call someone right over. I stood there for maybe…7 minutes. Got tired of waiting, so I left. The store wasn’t busy at all, it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, so who knows what the heck was taking so long. Maybe she «forgot»? As I was walking out of the aisle, there was a GROUP of female employees standing around cackling. Thanks for your help!
Though, I have to say their automotive center is fairly acceptable. I had them work on my car a couple of weeks ago and they did a great job. The guys in that department are very pleasant.
Other than that, I hate Wal-​Mart.

They made the mistake of putting self-​checkout lanes here. I used to «accidentally» forget to scan stuff and got away scot-​free! Roy FTW!!!
