I have been going to Derry Medical Center for about 2 – 3 years. Daniel-​Waszkowski was my doctor in the beginning; however, as time passed I would have to wait 3 months for an appointment and then the appointment would be canceled. They would always tell me that they called, but my area code is 609 not 603, so i never got the call. To make it worse i would have to see another doctor just so i could have an appointment. Daniel-​Waszkowski is an AMAZING doctor (best doctor that i have ever had), but if you cannot see him, what is the point?
I had lab results that they needed to talk with me, and again, they called the wrong number. Same thing with referrals… To conclude, the doctors are amazing, but the receptionists are horrible.
If you want a primary care that plays with your health, go to Derry Medical Center. When trying to figure out referrals, the would send me to the automated system, i would leave a message and then never hear back, as they call the wrong number.

Issue resolved.

This place is great. Good doctors, cost is lower than other places around and the doctors here are NOT affiliated with any hospital which keeps their cost lower than other places.
