I used to see a different ophthalmologist in NH, who didn’t have any fancy equipment. So when I started seeing the docs at Spindel Eye I was blown away at how high tech everything was. The tech who did my pre-appointment screening(before the doc came in) was very nice and thorough. The doctor himself was professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I took one star off due to the fact that I needed to request the equipment be cleaned. I went to press my face against one of the machines and saw visible makeup and sweat stains. The tech was embarrassed and quickly cleaned it in front of me, but this raised some concerns as to how cleanly the machines are…

Brought my son in for contact lens fitting. The tech who was supposed to «teach» him to put in /take out his contacts was not very patient and frankly rude. The DR and tech had no interest in anything but getting rid of us as quickly as possible when my son had difficulty. I would imaging that is fairly common for new, young contact patients to have trouble at first. He needed patience and kindness. Instead, she was flustered and basically done dealing with him in only 15 mins. My son wanted to try again, and we ended up working with Barry in the optical shop, who spent a great deal of time with him– much more than we planned. He was great– patient, helpful and kind!!! That is what my son needed. Thanks Barry.

Absolutly loved it. I was able to get a same day appointment when my glasses broke. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly and the gentlemen in optical was able to have their sister location in Derry make me glasses the same day. I will definitly go back next year.

I just wanted contact lenses to help with my diminished vision, instead of glasses, so I thought an expert who advertised being that would help me select the right lenses. Spindel Eye took 3 long days to answer an appointment request on their site, which other companies would have answered in 24 hours. They did not even bother to call, just emailed. Then only provides a rejection with a lame reason, which no other eye specialist would have given, especially given the urgency, which I made very clear from the start, but did not seem to matter to Spindel Eye people. My question was not even handled by a real doctor, but only a tech. These guys do not seem to care about patients. Oh, and now they are spamming me via email for their Lasik treatments which I do not need.

Very disappointed with the lack of information the optometrist with share with me so that I could make decisions. When I received my glasses the lenses were not strong enough.
