We made a 1 o’clock lunch reservation to celebrate my daughters high school graduation. When we approached the host stand we were told there was no reservation. And that part was ok… mistakes can be made. Errors are always forgivable. The issue was the«manager» who came over to assist the host who was huffing and puffing for whatever reason. This shorter blonde person rolled her eyes at our requests and after waiting 10 minutes to see if we were going to get a table she said«well, we finally found space for you». When a member of our party thanked her, she rolled here eyes again and joined the huffing and puffing host boy to huff and puff along with him. This person and her her huffing and puffing side kick started at our party, pointed at us and acted in general, like turds. After a wait of 15 minutes, two servers came over to greet us and they were very friendly. The food was pretty darn good too… unfortunately, the next time we want to drop nearly $ 400 on a meal it sure won’t be at this place.

I came here last weekend with a few friends to relax and unwind. Like any restaurant at Park Meadows on a weekend night-it was packed. They told us the wait was like 30 minutes, and it ended up being about a 45 minute wait, which wasn’t too much longer. But we were hungry for sure. They have a super cool system that texts you when your table is ready, so you don’t have to wait in the crowded waiting area, and you can go walk around the mall. They had a little sample pizza at the hostess area, which was a nice snack to try while we were waiting. There is a pretty big seating area, as well a bar area. Our waitress was very nice, and she joked with us throughout the meal. They bring out some bread and butter, so an appetizer is not necessary. The portions are medium sized, so for the price(depending on what you get) the meal satisfies your hunger, but does not stuff you full. I ordered the salmon salad, and it was about $ 15. It had a really nice taste, but there wasn’t too much salmon on the salad which was disappointing. The food was super amazing. We ordered tiramasu and chocolate cake for desert, and it was super yummy. The desert was one of my favourite parts, and it was about $ 6 – 7 per desert, so not too expensive. The bill was about $ 50 with tip for two people. A little more expensive, but definitely worth the price. I can’t wait to come back and try some more items off the menu.

I dined here for lunch with some work mates and had an enjoyable time and pretty good meal. I at the pesto lunch special which was really light but still tasted pretty good. The service was solid and overall a nice experience. I just would have preferred the food be a bit more impressive for such a nice dining place.

Came here for a work function recently. I thought the service was particularly slow and didn’t care for my meal at all. I got the crusted beef medallions, and they were just okay. My veggies and the mashed potatoes were cold and I could barely eat them. $ 22 for 6oz of meat with cold sides is just not a winner for me. Others at the table got lasagna(which just looked like something that came out of the microwave) and a few people got the fish. The fishy people all seemed to like their food, for what that’s worth. I’m not a fishy person.

I like this place. It’s more of an upscale Italian cabins go. It better than solid and makes Olive Garden look like McDonalds. The brunch menu is fantastic.

Best dinner in six years of celebrating New Years dinner with my wife. The service, food and everything was nothing but the best! Thanks Brio for making our dinner special!

I wanted to like this restaurant a lot more than I actually did but it has it’s perks beautiful ambience, interior design like no other but the food that you will find here is Tuscany and nothing wrong with that if you want your socks blown off I would suggest someplace else for this particular location if you want your socks blown off but they’ve beautiful you and lovely ambience while eating a great Tuscan meal this is your spot great staff and great supervisors I can only imagine that spring and summer time with happy hour would only give this review one more star

I visited Brio on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon for lunch with some coworkers. The day was gorgeous and warm, so we wanted to sit outside. Brio has a ton of outdoor seating, which greatly appealed to us, so with that we made the decision to dine at Brio. We were immediately seated and greeted by the waitress. We all ordered salads, which ended up taking a bit longer than we expected, but how could we complain when the weather was so wonderful? Eventually the salads were served and they were exactly as we had hoped they’d be… Delicious! My friends ordered the the kale Caesar salads w grilled chicken and I ordered the chopped w grilled chicken. The salads were perfectly portioned and nicely dressed with the perfect amount of dressing. Not too heavy, not too light. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent and would definitely return.

Best experience I have had in a long time! Our bartender, Mariel, was sweet and energetic and had great suggestions. The manager came by, I think her name was Sam, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Coming in again very soon!

I really liked this place, I came with with my wife for brunch after finishing up some work with some clients. Our server was very friendly but it seemed like he was fairly new. The environment was very nice and relaxed, we were able to sit outside on a nice sunny day. We ordered the steak bruschetta to start off, it was flavorful and piled generously. We got 6 between the two of us, so we only ate 2 each and saved room for the main course. We split the turkey Benedict, even then the portion was still large. I was adventurous and wanted to try what my wife likes, I don’t usually order eggs Benedict so I will try not to be too biased but personally, I didn’t enjoy it. The turkey Benedict had a wet egg. Underneath it was some spinach and slices of turkey sausage. The hollandaise sauce on top was… On the egg. The biscuit was sort of doughy, not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. My wife said it was great so that’s probably how a perfect eggs Benedict sounds. I think our plate was supposed to come with a bowl of mixed fruit but it never came. We didn’t mind too much since they split the eggs Benedict for us. Overall not a bad experience, our waiter forgot about us a few times I think because we had a long delay on our food(a lot longer than it takes to just split an order) and a while when we were waiting to get our card back.

I have eaten several lunches and dinners here over the past 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, but this last time the guy didn’t speak English worth a darn, so we had trouble understanding him and were worried if he would get our order correct. My recommendation would be to make sure the waitstaff speak English clearly. However, he did get everything right and was trying really hard. Like I said, I have been here many times and will continue to do it again. It is nice enough to impress a date or nice enough for a business lunch without the prices sending you to the poor house.

So good! I have only had the pasta alla vodka but it is delicious. My husband had the Gorgonzola medallions and said they were delicious. The dessert was amazing, chocolate lava cake with ice cream. One of those melts in your mouth kind of things. Highly recommended.

We use to love this place. What happened? The food was still good but, the portions were very much smaller.

Overall was disappointed. I have eaten here before and like the place. My mom and i had stopped for lunch. My mom ordered the filet and instead of the sides requested the risotto, not once were we told there would be an uncharge or what the cost would be. We receive the ticket and charged us $ 15 for the plate. On top of that the steak was tender but very dry. I ordered the soup with a side of the risotto and was charged 12.99. Trust me the plate wasn’t worth the cost of the risotto. The risotto was decent, it had good extras in it but the risotto itself was not completely cooked. My biggest issue is that we were not told of ANY cost let alone it would cost a complete entrée cost for maybe a cup of food. Our lunch ended up costing $ 60 which is expensive for a lunch. We won’t go back because it isn’t that good of food. Other restaurants in the area are much better for less money.

Had a wonderful dinner last night with family. We had reservations for 8 and were seated immediatly upon arrival. We had 3 kids and 5 adults and I really appreciated that they brought the kids dinners out very fast… before ours. The food was great and we didnt have to wait long at all to get it. The waitress was very efficient but never smiled or wished a happy birthday(the reason we were there) even though she delivered a little cake with a candle. Maybe just a bad day, but her service was still good. Of course we will be back.

Yesterday my associate and I went in for happy hour around 4pm and sat at the bar. I will admit the prices for happy hour drinks and food are reasonable for their portion size but that is the extent of the pros to this dining experience. After receiving a close to room temperature beer I proceeded to order a Brio burger and an order of black pepper shrimp. I have been to multiple Brio locations around the country and have found that this location has by far the most inconsistent food quality. The burger was extremely greasy and the«tomato mayonnaise» was simply a small bowl of regular ketchup on the side. The chips that were served with the burger became soggy from the grease and were burnt to begin with. Not to mention I found a hair on the bottom of the plate that was not mine… The shrimp, while tasty, was extremely heavy and the eggplant was overly breaded and greasy as well. As far as the service at the bar is concerned, the bar tenders are often not friendly and their knowledge of drinks, in particular wine, left much to be desired. Overall the cheap prices of the happy hour menu do not out weigh the laundry list of negatives. There are far better options in the Park Meadows area to choose from for an after work cocktail and appetizer.

I’d give higher ratings for the food but the young woman at the front was incredibly rude as I tried to validate for parking. So rude, I won’t go back.

Come on people! There are some many other wonderful restaurants in Denver metro area that you can spend your hard end cash at. It’s pricey, corporate and really not worth it. Dishes are small, went for lunch and was blown away how much food my coworker got for 17 dollars. I recommend you pass on by this place.

This was hard to rate because it was my first time here. I was waiting on some jeans getting altered at Nordstroms so I decided to hop in for happy hour at the bar. The only seat open was next to the bartender where all servers pick up their drinks. Jordan was my server and was awesome as well as TJ who always made sure I was looked after, Karlie on the other hand must have only been responsible for the restaurant drinks, which is a huge responsibility, but I am assuming that since I was sitting less than a foot from her and never any hello or anything, actually all I heard from her was the totally rude comments she said to the servers coming up to get drinks, even the blond who asked if they needed ice where she said«no» but then Jordan quickly said«yes TJ needs it». Or her talking to the other bartenders about the servers in a totally rude manner… really does she not know we are right there and can hear everything!!! Honestly the drinks and food were great but seeing how this bartender treated people and it appears gets away with it did not sit well with me or others at the bar, I was the only on who would say something after Jordan laughed at how she responded and called him out on laughing… wow, was this supposed to be a relaxing drink/snack while I waited for an item??? That being said with the drama the happy hour is awesome. The food is $ 3.95 and a great way to try some of their food. I really enjoyed my spinach dip and my sangria was perfect.

This is a happy hour favorite of some of the Verizon crowd. So I decided to join in for a short Friday Afternoon Happy hour. It wasn’t terribly busy at 3:15 which is great news if you want to go early. Parking leaves a little to be desired, but it’s close to valet if you want to go that route. The happy hour menu is short and sweet. I had the Brio Burger. For under 5 bucks and with home made chips it was just right for me. The beef was tender and the bun was soft, but not the standard burger bun. I am not sure what it was, but it was good. They put an interesting sauce of some sort on it. Roasted peppers and something else I couldn’t pick out nor did I ask. I figured if I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to rule it out going forward. The home made chips were really good. Not greasy or salty but not enough either:) It’s once of those things here, they give you a decent amount but they are so good there’s no way enough of them. I also ordered their happy hour Sangria… but wasn’t impressed with it at all. It was a bit on the sour side. They have a great patio I noticed and I am sure more visits for spring and summer are in my future.
