I’ve been coming here for a long time, but probably not coming back. The day time server(lady) is extremely rude. Don’t try to order wonton soup at lunch! They changed their menu for lunch. If you didn’t know that, you’ll be very rudely told. No refills on my drink, and had to go find someone to ask for my check. The food is pretty good; that’s the only reason they get 3 stars instead of 1.

Jasmine’s has been around for quite a long time. I’ve probably been going there for 8 – 10 years. I’ve had some big hits and very few big misses, but overall, I had to give it a 4. The hot food is always very fresh. I really appreciate that they don’t skimp on the veggies. The lunch deals are outrageously good, for the price. I can’t speak for the sushi, because I’ve never had it. My favorites are Thai Basil Triple, General Tso’s chicken, Hong Kong Chow Fun Combo(with flat rice noodles), and Singapore Rice Noodles. The Happy Family is not very flavorful, so I would skip that. The hot and sour soup is awesome, the egg drop is so/so. Thai iced tea is yum! The service is hit or miss. The girls are great, but I haven’t seen them the past few times. The adults are usually good, except for one grumpy lady(written about by others below). Whenever I get her I just brace myself lol. The dining room is clean and the booths are comfortable. I think as long as they continue to maintain the standard that they opened the restaurant with, they will continue to do well.

Love this place — eat-in and takeout service is insanely quick(under 10 minutes). Delivery takes a while longer but has always been a half hour or less. Food is good quality and the portions are large.

After reading some of the reviews, I was sorry I didn’t drop in to see Zombie guy lol. But those reviews left my expectations low on the food. Good, because they were exceeded. Just had their food for the first time. Got delivery. The girl on the phone said 50 minutes. It was more like 20. There was plenty of food and it tasted pretty good. Again I was surprised. This food didn’t come close to what I grew up on in NYC, but it was tasty and fresh. Born and raised in Brooklyn, where street and store signs are in mandarin. Chinese takeout restaurants every 4 blocks. Some of these reviews are being rough.

I ordered the Mandarin Chicken, and it shows it as spicy… it was not spicy and it was not good. The sauce was like water, and was just flavorless. The bok choy was really limp and all of the vegetables were odd — it was mainly little corn and limp bok choy and zucchini. I am really looking for a good Chinese place near my job that delivers. I was so hoping this was going to be it, but this place was a huge disappointment.

My 11 year old son and I grabbed lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. Lunch was good, food was fresh and hot. We both had leftovers to-go. Lunch includes soup, crab wanton and a small egg roll. Service was great. No problems.

My husband and I have been here numerous times now. They’re food is so fresh and delicious and the service supreme. We keep returning here for our Chinese food fix.

Met up with a friend for a quick lunch break here. Solid Asian food but nothing to rave about. Sweet and sour chicken didn’t have an over-abundance of onions and peppers and a tad over-sauced but the chicken batter was crispy albeit the actual chicken a bit tough. The lunch special is a good deal though — entrée with rice, spring roll, crab wonton, and soup. The place was empty at noon and only two other tables showed up. The food was fresh to order though!

Pu Pu Platter was 50⁄50. The meats were good… shrimp, spring roll, wanton… not so much. Sushi was grocery store quality, at best.

Horrible experience! Don’t eat here we are a family of 5 and shortly after we ate dinner their we all got food poisoning and sick and vomiting. I called to let them know the next day and The manager continued to argue with me and said that basically I was liar and we got sick from someone else and he hung up on me. I will never eat their and I tell everyone I meet never to go their it’s to bad all he had say was I am sorry you had a bad experience and got sick I will check with my cooks but no he decided call my family a liar and so fourth! If you want to eat bad food then I suggest you go here and bad management. Their is way to many restaurants to choose then settle for bad customer service and sick food!

i am only one in the restaurant, and service is pathetic. One guy is standing at the cash register like a zombie. A lady is in the back playing on her cell phone. Sushi chef is watching their TV. Food is mediocre.

I would give the food 4 stars. The three of us all liked our dishes. The spring rolls weren’t any good though. Very small and nothing inside of them. The service however was poor. With two tables in the restaurant I had to get up and get water for my wife and I from the pitcher. The waitress never checked on us and took forever to bring the check. This while the gentleman sat at the counter looking at the Internet and occasionally answering the phone for delivery orders. It was funny to watch him because he would put people on hold for orders then sit and do nothing. We watched him do this several times. It appeared he was aggravated with answering the phone and couldn’t be bothered helping the over worked waitress with two tables. Like I said the main dishes were very good, but wow that service is bad. Updated to one star. We like the food so thought we would give it one more chance. Went in to get a table. Again only two tables had people seated already for three other people total. I stood at the front desk waiting for the gentleman to seat me while he answered the phone, got a to go order and acted like I was invisible. We will never step foot in this establishment again. HORRIBLE service!!! I sure wish I could select zero stars. That would be to many for this service.

Always a great delivery for a night in. Driver braved really nasty snow that started hard right after we ordered. Friendly and good and fresh several times now.

Ordered for dinner delivery. Other than the prices being outrageously high for the little amount of food in the containers, this place is just not worth it. During the call I said I had a coupon for free crab cheese wontons and the guy did not honor it, fighting with me that it was expired. They do not go by the motto«the customer is always right». The people who work here are very impatient and RUDE. For all of you who live in Lone tree and Highlands ranch area I warn you, DONOTWASTEYOURMONEY. With the customer service and food this place makes Panda Express look like a gem.

I’ve eaten here several times. Both the service and the food is consistently great. The food is very fresh and the menu is large. I’ve eaten the Pad Thai, Hunan rice & veggies, and drunken noodle dishes. I wish they would include more veggie dishes, because when I order things, I usually have to say«no meat, no chicken, etc…» and its all the same price without the animal proteins. I know this is standard in a lot of resturants, so beggars really can’t be choosers I guess.

Ordered for delivery to my office today. The ordering process was a hassle, which is fairly typical when you’ve got five people ordering and separate checks, so I don’t hold that on them at all. It did, however, take 45 minutes for food to arrive. I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special, which comes with rice, a wonton, and an eggroll. Not bad for $ 8.50! And it was good — neither the wonton nor the egroll was greasy, and the chicken was good. The bad part was the soggy lettuce they put at the bottom of the chicken — totally ruins the flavors of the chicken resting on top of it. Booo. Nothing to be excited about, but it’s cheap and it delivers. It does the job.

I ordered food for delivery. When I called, I asked the girl who took my order if I could upgrade the rice that came with our orange chicken to fried rice. She said that it would be two dollars extra. I said that was absolutely no problem. After I opened up the rice container, i saw the rice was not fried. It was white rice with a very small amount of egg chunks in it. I tried tasting it. It was absolutely flavorless white rice. I called the restaurant and told the girl that there was a mistake and that my rice was supposed to be fried. She said that it was fried rice, and that no other customers complained about it. I said that I was a regular customer of theirs and that I would like the 2 dollars put back on my credit card. She said that she would not do that. I said that I would no longer be a customer and she replied by telling me that she couldn’t care less, and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. An angry man got on the phone and started asking me what the hell I expected for 2 dollars. I have ordered take out from this restaurant for years. Not to mention all the times we dined in. I guess two dollars was more important than repeat business. They won’t see another dollar from my family. EVER. AGAIN.

Service = The same server has waited on me both times I’ve eaten there. Both times I’ve eaten there, she’s never smiled, she literally cuts me off when I’m telling her what I’d like to order with her next question(which I can understand if she’s super busy but when I’m 1 of 4 diners in the entire restaurant, there’s no need to be rude to me.) Finally, I got the server(a woman) to smile… or rather, grimace which took all the friendly attitude and charm I had. Food Quality = Great lunch specials… filling, tasteful and yummy. Price = Just right. Atmosphere = no complaints Staff = My first time there, the manager told me to sit wherever I wanted. I told him I wanted to sit in the back… away from the bustle of the other diners who were a bit loud. I waited about 10 – 15 minutes before the server came to take my order. The server,(the same lady who never smiles) asked why I sat where I was sitting because she couldn’t see me. Then she asked why I did not want to sit somewhere else. I apologized for some reason and explained I was told to sit wherever I wanted and even mentioned that I told the manager where I’d be sitting. Kinda weird. Go for the food, not the warm fuzzies… cuz if you’re looking for hospitality, it’s not on the menu. No miso fo you!
