Not a terrible haircut, not any better than great clips. The level of customer service is pretty bad. I can’t speak for all of the girls there, but the three that I encountered were borderline rude in demeanor. I only come back for their reward program.

I decided to stop in on my lunch break. I have a meeting later today and needed to get cleaned up. I didn’t want a full haircut but just a trim. Amy greeted me and took me back. She asked what I was looking to do and explained all the packages. She did a great job on the cut. I spend over $ 40 on a haircut usually but this one was only $ 17. Amy’s professionalism was amazing for a barber shop. She is talented as well. If you are looking for a quick good cut I would recommend Amy and this place.

I just moved to the neighborhood. I brought myself and three boys to this location. The wait time was relatively short and the hair cut was fine. The staff was not overly friendly, but decent enough, I guess. I had found a Sport Clips coupon online for first time customers. I thought this was a perfect win-win. They get someone in the door who is a potential long term customer. I get a discount on 4 haircuts. When I went to check out, the young woman who seemed relatively new went to ask her manager how to enter the coupon. The manger walked over and barked«We’re not a participating location!» I then pointed out that the coupon did not have any location-specific language and it was well before the expiration date. She responded, «We don’t take coupons,’ and went back to cutting hair, clearly bothered that I would dare to assume I could use the coupon. It was a nasty enough exchange that I will not return to this store. I’m always surprised at these situations. Between myself and three boys, we average four haircuts a month. The manager successfully prevented me from getting the discount I thought we were entitled to, but also ensured that we’ll never spend another dollar here.
