The customer service at this store is wonderful. I’ve made two purchases here and I had to bring one piece in for repair (which was done in a timely manner). The woman behind the counter was happy to help and made me feel like a valued customer. She even gave my three-​year old daughter a (plastic) ring… so sweet!

My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. Rebecca was very sweet and helpful. She was genuinely excited to help us and we didn’t feel like we were just dollar signs in her eyes. Turn around time for having our stone placed and ring sized was impeccable. Rebecca even came in on her day off to give us the ring. They have a beautiful selection and the entire experience was pretty pain free and great! You bet your sweet ass we will be back to get our wedding bands. We already picked them out! They also offer interest free financing for a year through Wells Fargo which definitely helped us to get what we wanted! The entire staff there was really nice and helpful. Stop on in and check them out!
