The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Stopping into Paradise Pen was one of the highlights of my trip to Colorado! They cleaned all of my pens for free, allowed me to try a variety of new fountain pens, and supplied me with great information about how to service my pens in the future. I was impressed with their wide selection in every price point, and the honesty with which they reviewed each pen. I ended up buying some new ink, as well as some paper. I cannot wait to visit again next time I’m in the area. Thank you!

What can I say but great service, nice selection and super friendly staff.
I’ve been in a number of times and have bought 3 pens from them. The staff is knowledgeable, and happy to talk to you about the pens, as well as new series or models coming out.
I recently bought a Disney collector pen for my wife for Christmas. I went in on December 19^th, the Sunday before Christmas, probably one of the nuttiest times to go shopping. Anyway, I told the staff member what I was looking for and he immediately pulled it out so I could give it a try. I told him it was perfect and to ring it up. This interact took all of 3 minutes to complete.
Well I decided to go back and get myself a Pen a few days ago, and to my surprise the first think the staff member says is «How did your wife like the pen?»
God knows how many people he saw over the last 2 weeks during Christmas shopping, but somehow he was able to remember me, what I bought and ask how my wife liked it. That’s the type of attention to detail you don’t see much anymore.
I’m very pleased with all the pens I’ve bought here and obviously I think the staff is top notch!
