Abercrombie & Fitch

Everytime I go in there I get a headache from the cologne, perfume. I can never find any one to help me when I need something, even when no one else is in there. Even when I’m checking out they just seem like they don’t like their job. Maybe it’s the company or the companies low expectations on what employees should be like. Either way, never again. There are alot more stores in the mall to go to.

Well I have to start off by saying I think they have really awesome clothing hair variety for everybody although every time I come here there is never enough workers I’m constantly waiting for a dressing room or somebody basically to open a dressing room

One boy there, Andrew (I hope this was his name, he said it as he was getting me a fitting room) was INCREDIBLY nice to me, complimented my outfit and smiled every time he passed me. In fact, most of the employees were very nice to me as I passed them. The reason I do give this store a low rating is because it’s not organized, the service, although friendly, is slow and the store seems to be understaffed. A&F has beautiful clothes, beautiful employees (man, these people are stunning) and beautiful props for their store. You would think they would organize their clearance sections a little better! Also, their music is pushing the envelope (I enjoyed it but an elderly lady next to me in line pointed out that the song playing was about men genitalia. The company should consider all audiences entering the store.) one more thing, and I think this is important is, when I was checking out, the employee needed a manager in order to proceed my translation. The young man called one up nicely and the manager can over and acted very nasty to both me and her employee! With eye rolls, and nasty orders like «i told you to do this… After your done with her do this…» I felt sad for the young man for he was so wonderful to me! What u learned is that most A&F employees are in college or at least out of high school. You would think they would be treated like adults. Still love the store and the clothes but there are a few things that need changing. Until I hear in the headlines that Abercrombie is a better company to it’s audience and employees, I will shop online.

I was in Abercrombie last night with my kids and got the worst customer service I have ever had — from what I am sure was the store manager. I don’t know where else to complain, so I’ll start here. The manager finished checking someone out and then turned around and folded clothes for probably 3 minutes. I was about to say something to her because the guy on the other register was having a hard time checking out his customer and I wanted to pay and get out of there.
My daughter knew I was about to say something to the manager while she folded clothes, and my daughter quietly begged me not to say anything. The manager finished folding the clothes and turned to me and said «I am going to go get an employee out of here — when I come back I can check you out» and she disappeared into the back room. REALLY??? REALLY??? I am a paying customer and she put folding clothes and checking out an employee over TAKING MY MONEY. I was so pissed! I own a business and if one of my employees did that to a customer they would have been fired so fast!!!

In my defense, I was pulled into this store by my friend’s 12 year old.
Thought one… the music is loud and annoying.
Thought two… It reeks of strong cologne, masking adolescent insecurity.
Observation one… Some 15 year old, who looks like Beiber, is walking around without a shirt.
Observation two… Some of the employees are texting.
Is it an underaged nightclub? Is it a frat party? Is it spring break?
Ick.

Yuck! They constantly spray axe body spray all over. Ridiculous prices and pics of half naked gay men.
