Not a good store to shop.
Very unfriendly customer service.
Tricky return policy.
The manager tell you to read all the return policy if you return their product and then the manager said oh well this is the way we how we do all the return.
You CAN’T get ur money back but only can get the Credit store or you take it back your stuff.
We bought a purse and a wallet as a gift at this guess store but my sister in law didn’t like the wallet. So we return it bu the next day.
Customer service is bad and the manager CAN’T solved the problem to

I love this store — all the managers, especially Lori are great and they are very helpful! Love the different styles they have every season and it is always nice and organized.
