Well yesterday we had placed an order online said it would be ready at the promise time. We even called to ensure it was going to be on time. We get there and they hadn’t even started with the order. Took another twenty minutes to get the food and when we got back to work we were missing some of the food. I called to ask to be refunded and they basically told me no they weren’t nice there didn’t apologize for any thing and it was my first time I had ever been there I was hearing great things about this place but oh well chipotle it is from now on. Very disappointed. Won’t ever go again.

Solid Qdoba. Service is friendly. I typically get the same thing here as I do Chipotle– a chicken salad with salsa and beans and guacamole. The guac(though free– a bonus) did not taste fresh to me. It seemed packaged. The salsas are good– I love the green salsa verde. It’s a good option for the area but I still heart Chipotle.

Called yesterday to see if they took coupons from a different location and was told yes, even if expired. Show up at this location today and the woman says I am the manager on duty and I’m sorry that coupon has expired, we do not except it. Typically good /better than average customer service would accept the coupon instead of turning the customer away.

This is the LAST time I will ever come here. My family has been coming here for years and I’m sad to say that I will never be back. We ordered food for our family and the food was COLD. The queso, meat, everything that should be at least warm, was cold… Freezing cold. We informed them of this and all we got a was a very rude remark with no apology. I’d give it 0 stars if that was possible. I’ll be taking my business across the street to Chipotle.

Very slow service tonight. I also overheard cook say to serve smaller portions of chicken because she wasn’t cooking anymore. Hmmmm??!

Not as busy(at least when I was there) as other locations. Expectedly tasty like any other qdoba. Quick and competent, but perhaps not the friendliest — started making my first item before I could get full order out of my mouth and then seemed a bit taken aback when I said I wanted another item(had BOGO coupon). Person at register was very nice though. Convenient to my doctor so would definitely stop in again.

Very rude customer service. Went to order and explained to the lady that I had never been to one of their restaurants before and instead of telling me what they had to offer, she walked off and turned her back on me and started prepping tacos. I stood there for a few minutes, she completely ignored me. I was really excited to try something different while I was in Denver before I went home to Texas. Needless to say, I won’t be checking out any of your locations now or in the future. Very disappointed. Will definitely be writing a letter to the corporate office.

I had an issue with Chipotle across the street and the manager Wendy hooked me up and Qdoba and won me over. Queso for life!

Pick up the pace. Young kids need to pep up their attitudes and get people though the lines. Skimping on portions and sub par food. What was I thinking? Chipotle always takes the cake. The manager of this location should probably train their employees a little customer service and teach them to leave their lazy, slow millennial attitudes at home.

My $ 8.50 naked burrito looked like a naked taco. When I questioned them, they rudely said they could add enough ingredient to make it look like a naked burrito for a $ 2 upcharge. The staff also was rude to the customer in front of me when she explained a dairy allergy to the person making the food who apparently barely spoke English according to the manager there…

NOTHAPPY. Overall a poor experience. Food was just a mess, the cooked food was everywhere the cutting boards, sticking to food going down the line and on the employees themselves. The chaos was unreal, shouting and yelling about who knew where black beans were. I worked at a burrito joint when I was 16 and my nerves were just shot by the time I reached the register. The food was cold when I got home from my 2 block drive from the store and ultimately inedible. Chipotle across the street was much much better.

Bacon and Jalapeño queso! Sign me up for this unhealthy treat. Was starving and in a pinch thought I’d grab a quick snack. Not my usual fare, nor my usual choice for quick mexican food(that’d be Chipotle) but this was a nice surprise. Completely tasty and just spicy enough to make me sweat. It was also a generous portion for $ 4 and completely opened my eyes to the wonder that is Qdoba.

I eat here a few times a week and the experience and food have always been great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and I like the variety of menu offerings. The chips with queso and veggie tacos are awesome!

Jess is one of the managers there and she works incredibly hard, is very nice and polite and does a great job. The food is always great here and I’ve always been pleased. Good job Jess and staff!

I usually don’t write reviews of fast food type places because normally they’re all the same and who needs to pad their review numbers? But I felt I had to write one for this ‘doba. As everyone knows their new 1-stop price is $ 8.40 no matter what you order. I usually get a shredded beef burrito, and I swear I saw this guy carefully measuring out the smallest scoops of rice and meat I’ve ever seen. I felt like I was eating a little kiddie burrito by the time it was done. And for an $ 11 lunch(with drink) I could have just gotten so much better.

I have been at this location only twice and the service has always been terrible. Very slow at there job and management is not up to par. I will be sticking with chipotle across the street; better service, better quality food and friendlier employees that actually talk.

So happy to have a Qdoba nice and close to my apartment! The staff is friendly and greeted me upon walking in the door. They didn’t help me right away as they were working on a huge catering order but apologized for the delay! The tables weren’t exceptionally clean for having just opened but that’s a minor detail :)

I’m not a huge fan of these types of places though I do appreciate the consistency you can find from one to the next. The service here was good, even received a «Have a nice day!». The food was as I expected though I will never understand why these burrito places haven’t figured out how to do it like Illegal Pete’s and give everything a quick mix before you wrap it up in the burrito– no one likes a giant mouthful of guac! Place was clean. They have one of those fun, «smart» soda machines(Coke products). All in all. It was a Qdoba with quick service and food that filled me up even if it didn’t thrill me up.

Dare I say I like Qdoba better than Chipotle? Yes, it’s true and it has nothing to do with the food(which is excellent in both places). It all comes down to atmosphere. First, the Pick 2 menu is brilliant and perfect for those of us that are indecisive or what a little of everything on our plate. Chipotle doesn’t have that. Qdoba offers a warm environment to consume your tasty goodness. Chipotle feels like a factory floor in some SE Asian garment factory. While the food is essentially the same, Qboda offers a better delivery system both in choice and surroundings that make it my preferred pseudo-Mexican food establishment in greater Suburbia.

Basically a Chipotle clone, except unlike Chipotle, I have no idea about the source or quality of their meats. I ordered and ate a chicken fajita burrito. The quality seemed fine but it was a little bland. I had to add some hot sauce to make it interesting. Basic hunger need fulfilled, I moved on.
