During summer season this place is on the bottom of my list of places to go. They won’t run a tab for you, the cover is way too high to get in, the genius that designed the building put the bathrooms by the dance floor so every time you go to the bathroom it takes forever to make your way through the dance floor to get to bathroom. Pain in the butt…

I wish I could give it a zero… 20 $ to get into a sub par bar. In the future I would sooner drink in a local bar for free rather than spend my money on a bar with a fee that’s empty. This place is a NO star bar!

Service is awful. Stopped before we can get on our house. Waitresses have to make their own drinks and take food orders… How freaking stupid… great decision making by ownership…

Ok on a slow Friday night. $ 10 cover includes Military. No discount, which is pretty unpatriotic. The drinks were good.

For years this has been a home away from my home down here. Open at 7am, close at 2. Varied crowd depending on time of day, bartenders remember you though. Covers are kinda pricey. Can’t beat Elvis & Frankie though. Dude who says he brings 50 people every Sunday? You’re bullshit. 50 people will barely fit at happy hour.

I have been a long time visitor of Nardis. It is the place to be in the summer. Great staff. Bartenders make good drinks and they are affordable, especially for the Island. Food is fantastic, pizza is great! Bands are always good and in between sets have DJ. So there is a mix of music, something for everyone. Being able to take the bus up and down the island is another awesome feature. The bouncers are great friendly and definitely doing there jobs. They double check ids, and don’t take any disrespectful, distasteful, aggressive attitudes towards the staff or towards other customers. They want everyone to have fun and a good time without drama! So if you are out looking for a good time and want a laid back fun night this is the place. There is a reason its the hot spot in the summer and the place locals go to all year long!

Good burger! Lots of beer choices. Kelly our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Local band plays at night. Good place! Will be back for more.

Nasty dive bar full of drunks who appreciate the shitty music or karaōke. The food sucks, it’s dark and dingy, and the staff aren’t great either. Been there a number of times because it’s one of the few late night spots, but to be frank i would rather save my money and drink beers on the deck.

Got to LBI later in the evening and had a coworker with me who has never been to the Jersey shore. Saw this place was very crowded and I just knew the type of place would be. We went in and it was packed, lots of younger crowd plus older who tried looking and acting younger. The band was ok, was cool to hear them do 80s songs, but just to hear the actual song, not them try to do it. The beers were cheap enough, so we stayed an hour or so, then got tired of watching people and left. This place didn’t leave any kind of memory of Jersey for him, and definitely not me.

We went here on a Tuesday night. The bouncer explained that there was a $ 10 cover. We kind of chuckled at that since we could see inside of the bar and it was clearly a «dead» night. He then said we could pay $ 5. Then he said we could both get in for $ 5 total. We took him up on his offer. There was definitely an older crowd at the bar. This was not surprising, especially since it was a Tuesday night. There was a DJ playing pop and dance songs. The music was okay. There were also tons of colored strobe lights and black lights. A woman was doing face painting(the paint lit up against the black light). It was pretty cheesy, but my sister and I got our eyes done. After awhile, a cover band went on the stage. They played One Direction, Kanye West, Will Smith, and other songs that people seemed to enjoy. Yes… One Direction AND Kanye West. Drinks were a ripoff – expectedly so. 6.50 for a plastic cup of Victory Hop Devil. 8 bucks for house vodka on the rocks. When my sister ordered the same vodka drink, but from a different bartender, he charged her less. Hmm. We stayed for about an hour and a half and then left. I’m sure that no matter what this place will always be in business because it’s in the LBI area. I just thought it was completely meh. The cover charges are a joke.(On Weds nights, they charge a $ 5 cover for KARAOKE). I will say that I give the bar credit for having the Nardi’s bus… but that’s about it.

The band Animal House positively sucks. They have no «ooomph»… I’d rather hear the dj thank The Lord

Came here with my girlfriend while on vacation. I don’t drink but she does so we figured we would come here and hang out. Place seems nice there’s a stage for a band and an area designated for the dance floor. There was a 10 $ cover charge which is to be expected on a sturday. Beer was relatively cheap 5 $ for a bottle. Staff seemed friendly and nice. Didn’t order any food so I can’t comment on how it tasted or looked. What I found interesting was that they sold beer within the bar. Separately in like 6 packs and such. Didn’t mind it just thought it was an interesting concept. They had plenty of TV to watch the game and such and plenty of room to sit and tables to eat at if you order your food. I even like how they made you take our your id and make two people check it. This may seem annoying to some people but, I thought it showed that they are worried about anyone that shouldn’t be there or drinking there and it shows that the business cares about their patrons and such.

We have been going to the Sunday afternoon happy hour for several years now. We bring a crowd of about 50 people each time. The band is great and gets everyone in the mood for a great time. The problem is the place itself. The service is downright disrespectful and rude. The security is surly and testosterone driven. The food is not fit for consumption. There are places much more grateful for your business on LBI than this one. I guess we just spent out last Sunday happy hour there

You shouldn’t come here. The staff is very disrespectful. I saw them kick people out of the bar without reason, just speculation. When the kid who got kicked out tried to explain the situation, the nardi’s bouncer said«fuck off faggot.» I was sticking up for the crew who got kicked out since I saw what actually happened, and at that point I just left, figuring the staff were just ignorant jerks. Not worth it to reason with a business who hire people like that.

Creeps abound at this place, both male and female of assorted ages and the bus only makes for some ugly drunks, again all ages and both sex. Avoid at all costs!

My friend’s birthday was last night and she wanted to go to nardi’s. She called for the bus and they said it would take 10 minutes in which we walked to the spot where they said they would pick us up. We waited 30 minutes and then called to see where the bus was when they said we missed but there was no possible way we could have. They said they would send another bus in which we waited an additional 30 minutes FORNOBUS. awfullllll. We wound up going to surf city hotel’s bar and it was a great time so the two stars are thanking you for taking me else where!

Came here twice while on vacation and had a great time. There’s always something going on here, which worked out great for us since we were visiting off-peak season. The service was great. Mike the bartender is awesome and I hope he’s still there when we come back down to visit the island!!! Cold tasty beers and yummy food as well. The mussels(both red and white) were out of this world both times we came by, too! I hope to ride the famous Pink Bus next time!

What can you say about a place that has an Elvis impersonator on Friday night? The place is not high-brow but obviously has no problem poking fun of itself. The meals are decent-basically it’s a cheap decent place to eat. We got the pizza-decent pie but nothing to come back for again. Bar scene was eh-diverse crowd but mostly an older crowd with lots of people in their late thirties, forties, and fifties.

Stopped in for lunch & a drink on a hot Saturday — thank you for the air conditioning! The ladies’ room did not have paper towels, but the hand dryer was frighteningly strong… so I guess this is acceptable since it did the job. Not like those weak hand dryers that only help covered wet hands slightly drip less. Paper menus lined the long, extended bar top every few seats, as if to say, «Sit. Eat. Join us!» The place has a welcoming feel to it, so we sat & immediately browsed the menus. Within a few minutes we were greeted and served our drink orders promptly by a friendly bartender. «Locals» must have to the right of us as they complained about how crowded it was for a Saturday lunch to one of the pretty female bartenders they seemed familiar with. She conceded and explained they’re even busier these days for breakfast. But why shouldn’t it be crowded!?! With bartenders on the ball, satisfying food with whole, fresh ingredients, and a large dining area with fun pics of pop icons lining the walls behind several HD TVs… I don’t think I’m the only«benny» who likes this place. And will return!
