Today I walked into Auto Zone to buy a strap for my car battery. I mentioned to the gentleman named Jonathan D that sometimes my car wouldn’t start. So he came out of the store and asked me to open the hood of my car. He noticed the battery had corrosion on the positive connection. He took the battery out, cleaned off the gunk, then asked me to start my car up, no problem. I paid only $ 5.98 for the strap and he wouldn’t even take a tip from me. I hope his employers appreciate his services, so polite!
I highly recommend this Auto Zone on Spring/​Palo Verde!

Very fortunate to have this store on the way to work.
My car had been over heating for quite some time. Didn’t know whether or not it had to do with, me needed coolant or an oil change. So I decided to drop in on a Friday. Before this stop I have had some not so happy experiences at «AutoZones». But, I decided that I would give it another try. As soon as I walked in, I walked straight back for the oil… I didn’t really know what I was looking for. Turned around and there was Sofia. Sofia, asked me if I needed help, as what I was looking for. Mind you I’ve never purchased oil for my car. I told her I really didn’t know what kind of oil to buy. First this she said was, «let’s go check your oil first». Walked outside, popped my hood, oils levels were good. But I had explained to her I was traveling a bit, and just wanted to Make sure that if anything happened I was prepared. So she looked up the oil type for my car and got me a good 2 for $ 6 deal. She also pointed me in the right direction for coolant for my car. She was and is probably the best customer service rep at any auto zone I have ever been too. Her management who was also there were very friendly, and very helpful! I would defiantly make my way back here before or after work! Thanks Sofia!

Stopped by to pick up a few things for my new truck and immediately was greeted and asked if I needed any help. At checkout, they made a big effort to ask about my day, thank me for my service, and was very friendly. They even applied a military discount without me even asking. Then they even shared their family members experience in the military with me. The best customer service I’ve seen at an auto parts store ever. They have my business!

I have to say service is good. I had David help me out. He’s goofy but professional. He’s handsome. As well great plus.

Don’t let the 5 stars fool you for this review. I’ve been a patron of this auto-​zone for almost 2 years but the visit I just had was terrible. The young kid that? helped? me obviously didn’t care about providing service. First he gave me the wrong bulbs and then he didn’t know how to work the register. He proceeded to say cuss words under his breath and had to have his manager restart the transaction. After he figured it out – he didn’t notice he was charging me triple the amount due. He went back to saying cuss words under his breath and after 15 painstaking minutes he figured it out. I don’t know this young kid’s name but if I had someone an employee of this poor grade I would make a quick change.
The rest of the employees are amazing as usual and I will continue to purchase my auto parts from this location.

If you are a nice looking female, Saul will go out of his way to help you. Otherwise, he is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. The other staff is nice, but as a manager, saul marroquin an a**.

A HUGE thank you to Bryant! I needed a head light replacement bulb and was told by another auto repair shop that I would have to take it to a body shop because they couldn’t access the bulb. I walked into Auto Zone and was greeted right away by Bryant. He checked my car, found me a replacement bulb for a great price and replaced it all, within 5 minutes time. This place is awesome!

I bought a battery from Autozone. Saul M advised me what to buy and help me put my battery in. It so nice to help Autozone in our neighborhood. They also help me put windshield wipers on. They are always helpful to all the customers. I don’t feel
intimated at a women going into the autozone either. They have great customer service. I have been a loyal customer since they open.

They have great customer service. I needed a new head light and I was worried because I never changed my head lights before and it was starting to get dark outside. When I walked in I received immediate service and the staff member offered to install the new light for FREE! I definitely recommend this Autozone!

Very friendly and efficient staff. I was in and out in 5 minutes with my replacement windshield wipers, and they came to my car and installed them for me!

This is on my way to work, I normally buy all my oil change stuff here. I also get my car detailing stuff here too.

You know this guy. He has that big white truck. But not in the way things are big, but in the way that most of the mechanism to hold the wheels are under the car and visible for about 3 feet and then the body of the truck sits on that. I got a good eyeful right before I ended up blinded by this guy’s headlights. Well, make that flood lights. And the spotlights too. Somehow he lost the used of the real headlights and opted to drive his truck with all the floodlights and spotlights on at full blare. For a second I was «back in the day» when those first video cameras were popular for first time parents (usually dads) and the light bulb glow was audible (like the light saber effect.)
I actually felt a bit bad for this guy, I mean, even I know how to change a headlight and I’m not the most mechanically inclined. How embarrassed that guy must have been while blinding all drivers in an 8 foot radius around his truck, just because he didn’t have the skills to change a headlight? And then he headed for the freeway… had the ass of the guy not been 7 feet off the ground, he would have seen me waving him over — I had a secret weapon to share with him. Roxie — at Auto Zone — with her nifty little parts computer, could have told him what bulb he needed and probably talked him through the installation (and she’s gentle with novices.) (Musical interlude «Roxanne — she can help with that head light — help with that head light — Roxanne…)
But as California and it’s drivers are such giving people, there were plenty of hand waves, a few car horn noises, and a few people were pointing this driver probably to where they thought Auto Zone would be. Had I been able to wave him down, I would have told him a few more of the wonderful things the staff at AutoZone has been able to help me with: bench tested an alternator, cables for a battery, windshield wipers, and a taillight. Hope against hope, maybe that guy will see my review. Maybe he’ll hitch a ride over to AutoZone and shoot the breeze about hockey, pretend to be interested in one of those green pine tree fresheners and then casually lean on the counter a little, and ask for Roxie.

positive experience with this location. I live local and go here for my auto needs. every time i have gone in the store, I have always been asked if i need assistance. When i say what I need, i am taken to the produce. They are very quick to look up items for me as well.

needed a new battery, called in to check if they had it.
they are super friendly, answered all of my 1000 questions.
it was a slow day, they installed my new battery for free.
i will mos def come back here the next time i need anything for my car.
