the scoop sizes LITERALLY could not be smaller. this is the umpteenth time i have gone in there giving them the benefit of the doubt, only to pay $ 5.20 for two miniature scoops that barely fill half of a cup. I used to work at this store when i was a kid and i was never so stingy. compared to any other baskin-robbins stores, i’ve never gotten such tiny scoops. customers are paying for a premium product, you should at least expect a fair portion size. I could go to 7 – 11 and get a pint of Ben & Jerry’s for the same price, which is exactly what i’m going to do from now on. i know they train employees to know what a proper scoop should weigh but i wouldn’t be surprised if these cheap-shit owners hold contests for tiniest scoops to preserve the most ice cream. watching the employees scoop it out, taking care to make sure they barely fill a scooperful, you would think it is coming directly out of their paycheck. they should honestly be ashamed of themselves. they have definitely lost me and my family as customers and we have lived around the corner for 25+ years as loyal patrons. shame on them for being so cheap. they won’t last much with such shady ethics — i can see that my experience has been echoed by other reviewers recently, so it’s only a matter of time.

Disappointed. The owner tried to charge full price on a special offer. Very unethical. Scoop size are disappointing as well. Will lose customers by being so cheap.

The shop is pretty small and crowded with a bunch of odds and ends for sale on the counter(think: rubber stamps, most of which look old or used). When I asked about the soft serve machine the person behind the counter mumbled«nope, none tonight». I barely heard her and asked what she said and she said«no soft serve today, maybe another time». Though the ice cream did taste good, that was the only thing about this ice cream shop. The rest of the place is a mess and the employees don’t seem to care too much. And beware of the sign on the cash register announcing that they only accept printed coupons — professionalism at it’s best.

The staff at this location is excellent! They’re super friendly and always offer samples. Tuesdays are buy one sundae, get one free days. It’s a tiny little shop, but it’s just a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach… why not take it to go and enjoy one of the best things about this city by the sea?

This place is ok, it’s just really tiny and cramped up. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. The main problem with this store is it’s size and sometimes what you order isn’t what you get when it comes to the smoothies.

Very disappointed overall. Ice cream flavors were ok but that in itself wasn’t enough to walk out. We ordered an ice cream soda which was made differently than we expected but upon asking for something else we were lectured by the staff about how we could not exhange it and that it was our fault for not knowing/clarifying before it was made. With experience in food and customer service I have never come across a restaurant that would not exchange an item that the customer did not like.

Super colorful ice cream shop — not unlike most others in the chain… but at least this one doesn’t have to share with the donuts. The staff is usually friendly, quick, and on point with their cappuccino blasts and sundaes. Definitely seems higher priced than other places, however.
