YUM! The girls at the counter were a little side-​tracked, but whatever. They probably aren’t thrilled to work at Baskin-​Robbins. Mint chip is the best!

I walk over to buy some ice cream only to find that this location was closed earlier than the posted closing time. The store hours clearly states 10pm but it was 935pm and the employees were already mopping the place. There was a tiny little hand written sign by the handle that stated «Winter Hours,» which stated that they closed at 930pm. I don’t think this is acceptable. Why would their hours change when we don’t even have Winters in Southern California?

I hate when places decide it’s okay to close 15 minutes early. Like that’s not okay especially when I made a long drive over. 5 minutes okay, but 15? Cmon now. Highly disappointed.

Every February, B&R features love potion 31 which is wonderful in both the dark (chocolate) or light (vanilla) based mixes. I also like the baseball nut special feature as well. This store also has a Togo in the same area space so one can have a small sandwich and a B&R desert.

Pamela at this store is rude, unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. I asked for 2 different toppings on a sundae I was getting and she said there’d be a charge. I had NO problem paying for this, however I was in there less than a week ago and the kid at the register didn’t charge for anything extra. So, I asked her why the difference-that’s all! She said «OMG, are you seriously getting upset over a topping?»
No, I was not, I was getting upset at your attitude from the moment I walked in and when I called you on it, you argued back with me. Who does that?! Very unprofessional! But what do you expect in the ghetto section of long beach.

only because i love the staff. pricey, but what can you expect? it’s better than having a bunch of homeless people hanging around asking for food/​money/​etc… oh wait… they stillllll do that… great employees: jorge, liz, jacky, jose, lizdarely, lizbeth, and the newer girl i can’t remember her name. the rest of them need attitude adjustments. the ice cream is decent. last time i went there though, the butterfinger crumbles were pretty old… be careful!
