I am so impressed with the lady at Beachcomber’s. I bought a pair of Croc boots there last year and ended up taking home two different sizes. When I realized what happened I wanted to call but never did. Then this year when we went back for vacation I stopped in and told her what happened. She walked over to the table and grabbed the boot in the size I needed and gave it to me. I didn’t even have the boots with me to exchange. She just gave me her card and told me to send it back if I wanted.
I was floored. I haven’t ever experienced that level of customer service.
Outstanding. They will have my business for as long as I keep visiting long beach.
