We shipped a container of mixed items from Iran to Long Beach. Being the first time shipper, we had no idea what awaits us. Then we started to receive emails one after the other, instructing us as what needs to be done and what to expect. A respond to our question was never longer than 30 minutes. The process was so professional, yet friendly that amazed us and was beyond expectation. I personally was awaiting a «bad» news that never came. They accommodated us every step of the way and they even opened shop on weekend for our convenience.
The experience was so wonderful that on my next trip to overseas, I will ship myself with Blueseas Shipping rather than United first class.

I foud dealing with Bluesea Shipping Line to be a pleasant experience to ship a residential pallet about 5.5 feet tall. I dealt with Nancy in the office and she was very friendly and helpful — when I called the office everyone was courteous and friendly. Their prices are extremely competitive (most companies didn’t even offer the service I needed and if they did the price was extremely high). They were organized, responsive to all of my questions and arrived on time for pick up. The only problem I had was on the receiving end when the truck over there only delivered twice a week — that delayed the shipment a little but it wasn’t a rush so it was okay. I would recommend Bluesea Shipping Line in a heartbeat and if I ever needed this service again I would certainly use them!

This company rocks! From the efficient quote and follow up via phone and email to the courteous truck driver that picked up my motorcycle for shipping to Asia. From the customer service of Nancy to the awesome management team of Amin and Mo and let’s not forget Ismael the truck driver — I love these guys: service fair price and quality — doesn’t get any better than this. I will use Bluesea Shipping Line again!

We are relocating as a family for the first time, and are using Bluesea for container shipping to Singapore. As someone who knows little at the start, the owner Abe was patient when answering our questions. He gave us a quote which we thought was low given what we heard from friends who had major relocations. On the moving day, two men came to pick up our stuffs. I would say they were friendly and were careful when stacking and placing items into the truck. On our end, Abe and his admin Jenny gave us a number of advice on preparing the invoice and shipment preparation. Overall, we had very good experience with them.
I will update this review again when we receive the items in Singapore.
