MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’m a rep at sprint trying to handle a fraud case. Called the manager for some info and he replied with its «not his problem» ! What kind of manager talks to another rep that way! A scumbag! Feel sorry for boost this is a manger!

I like boost, but hate this store. I bought a $ 300 phone, when home, the charger did not work, went back immediately: he told me only the phone was garanteed, that if there was a problem with the charger, that was my problem not his. Recently the two boost phones my family has had the service interrupted; my wife took her’s to a boost store near her work, they got her reconnected right there; I took my boost phone back to his guy, he said there was nothing he could do, that it was between me and boost. He was sitting there in the store all by himself, doing nothing, no customers, nothing, yet he would lift a finger to help. I like boost, but you need to get to a different boost store or even Best Buy, which also works with Boost.
