Was given a card by a neighbor who highly recommended Luis, owner of Low Voltage Service. Called Luis who promptly arrived and walked me through my house for a full TV/​audio and security quote. SInce I had already received two other bids, I was extremely pleased to not only for his advice on what to include/​exclude in order to meet my budget, but his overall quote was well below the others. He has been doing this since the 1980’s and mainly works with contractors as a sub. Unilocal can never have too many good businesses in this job category. Good news too is he works all over southern California. Can’t hurt to get a bid from him and get his professional advice.

I have visited this local store twice to inquire about simple fixes. The customer service was at the low end of poor. The employee in the store and on the phone seemed to know nothing of what the company does and is capable of doing. I’ve left messages and did not receive a call back. When I did get the staff on the phone she had to call the boss who is always out of the office and is rarely in the store. She didn’t know when he would get back to me. The one thing she was able to tell me was they mainly do governmental jobs, not so much residential.
So maybe you should relocate from a community storefront into a business park or you should get staff who understand customer service. I was very disappointed.
