I just want to take this time to thank Rick Kent for being so helpful and professional and an oustanding Asst. Branch Mgr/​Loan Officer. He made my first time home buying experience easy. He guides you in every loan process and was always available for any questions you may have. Even for silly questions (Remember I’m a first time home buyer & know nothing about the process). One of the most important things when buying a home is communication and Rick Kent definitely communicates. You can call, text or e-​mail. He’s quick to response and on top of things. Even my own real estate agent was impressed by him. I also applied for mortgage loan with CHASE Bank but couldn’t approved me for the loan amount I wanted for & it’s because of some tax issues. However, Broadview Mortgage with the help of Rick the tax issues didn’t seem to be a big problem and got me the loan amount I was asking for. It’s true what professionals say about when getting a home loan. Go to Mortgage Brokers because providing mortgage loan is what they «Live and Breathe» & focused on. They’re more up to date with the laws and changes in the mortgage loan business. Unlike big banks, mortgage loan is just another department. I’ll definitely use Rick Kent with Broadview Mortgage again and recommend him to family and friends.
