Food was good. However if I had the chance to see on a glance the kitchen prior to eating I would of been so sick to my stomach. Garbage on the floor, prepping tables looked dirty, and just a distasteful lack of employee discipline to see garbage and not picking it up.

Another 2.5 stars It had decent service, wait time and food. Though I did think it was odd that they say there are no longer tomatoes on certain burgers that have tomatoes at other locations. Meh… it was fine in a pinch.

Biscuits. Three strikes for this location I was having work done at my home and stopped by to pick up breakfast for the construction workers on a Monday morning. They were not open at 7:30 so I went elsewhere to get biscuit breakfast for them. Stopped by another time and they told me that the biscuit items are only a breakfast item and I indicated I would come back for breakfast one morning to try them. Returned at the proper time and ordered the Biscuit sandwich. When I got to the window I was asked what kind of bread would I like that on as they did not have biscuits. I indicated that I had tried three times to get the biscuit sandwich and now they are out of biscuits. I asked if they ever do have biscuits. They finally acknowledged they never had biscuits. Not a language problem — just can’t trust this facility.

I learned from another Carl’s Jr. employee why this location doesn’t serve the biscuits. They don’t have an oven. So, if you’re in the mood for one of their biscuit sandwiches for breakfast, don’t come here. The next closest location(I think) is the one off Cherry and Carson. It’s a much nicer Carl’s; more of an open feeling, place is clean and the employees are much more friendly and service oriented. Sent feedback to Carl’s Jr. corporate about my last visit here, received the standard boilerplate automated email response. I’ll do it my way… won’t come here anymore.

It was lunchtime and I had a hankering for a low-carb six dollar burger. This is my local Carl’s Jr. and I’ve been coming here for about six years. I’ve never had any real problems here the services always pretty good so they are consistent for sure. There were about five cars out front in the drive-through so I decided to come in and dine inside for lunch today. Typically I hang back and go through the drive through but every now and then you can get served much faster by walking inside and going with the dine in option which is what I did today. My low-carb six dollar burger came out in a reasonable about period if time and as usual it was very tasty. They served it up quickly and man do I love those Six Dollar Burgers!

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! Have been here numerous times because it’s directly across the street from my job, my boyfriend has been here many times as well. We are very understanding people and don’t expect much of anything from fast food restaurants. That being said this is easily the WORST fast food restaurant location I have ever been to! The workers don’t work at all, they’re often standing around when we are in the drive through. Most times even a simple burrito takes 15 minutes to be made. I’ve gotten sick on the burritos twice before because they weren’t cooked enough, so now if I absolutely need something before work I stick to a cookie. 9⁄10 times they have given us the wrong order. It’s more like SLOWFOODTHATISHORRIBLE if you ask me! There is 1 gentlemen who is really nice that works here so I feel kind of bad for this review but I have to say it! STEARCLEAR!

I don’t like going to this location because there very slow. The last time I went there the guy in the drive thru gave me a attitude. But yesterday I decided give them one more chance. I order a lot of food and i had to repeat it twice! They gave us are drinks right away but we pulled up and waited for are food. The place is real weak sauce and I’ll never come back like broke boomerang!

Inside of thus restaurant is usually dirty. I’m not even sure if they take the time to wipe these tables down. When I pay for a meal with a large oder of criss cut fries… I expect to see a large order of criss cut fries. not an order of small regular price! How disappointing! I hate going back to complain but I leave with a heavy heart when I pay for something that I don’t get. Also today I noticed they kept answering everything with«my pleasure». Now don’t get me wrong.. I work in sales/customer service and I know that the phrase my pleasure can do a long way. however when I ask if I can have a minute to look over the menu and u answer my pleasure. it seems insincere. Also. when ur answer to EVERYTHING is my pleasure. I can’t help but imagine corporate forcing this phrase down ur throat.

Dont come here at 12 nn. So many people and they take Priority on drive through people than the ones dining inside. They will serve you your meal after 20 minutes and sometimes the wrong one too. Place is nasty and not cleaned up very well. During school time. Students will hang around this place without buying anything. This is from my own experience not once or twice.

I have no complaints about the food here, it is on par with every other Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to. It is the service that I find lacking here and as a result, I will no longer be going back to the Carls, despite living a block away. I will gladly drive 10 minutes to the next nearest location instead. I had recently taken to walking to this store because the drive through service had gotten too annoying. As other reviews have mentioned, the employees here never fail to ask you to pull forward and wait for 5 minutes for your food as soon as you have paid for your order. I know the drive through wait times look good to management, never exceeding 3 minutes, but this is a very frustrating practice for the customer. I have even been asked to pull forward and wait for my order despite the fact that there were no other cars waiting behind me in line. If you must drive through here, tell them you prefer to wait at the window and do not pull up. Walking into the store does not get much better as the drive through seems to take priority over to go orders. I watched 5 cars pull up and get their orders before I received mine, despite the fact that they were all asked to pull up and wait for their orders away from the drive through window. I had been able to hold my tongue about the bad service here for quite a while. I do like the food when I want something quick, but today I found out they discontinued the fried zucchini. This, in my opinion, was the only good side that they had since they ruined their fries by changing them to «natural cut» fries a few years back. Yes, I am still bitter about that. It was fun while it lasted, but I am done.

Love that its within locale of the Dana Library and my kids’ schools. I don’t take them out to eat fast food often, but when I do, I appreciate that there’s a Carl’s Jr. close by.

Just recently went and had my order butchered! Six Dollar burger was extremely cold and the messed up my second burger placing unwanted things on it. Sad thing was I explained it to the cook twice. Wen’t back two days later to have the meals replaced and the service was poor. Had to deal with a rude hispanic gentleman who I presume was in management who also messed up one of the burgers once again. This location went to the dogs when the old manager left. Who ever does their inventory is terrible when you run out of essentials like lids or condiments.

Im starting to get pissed off because everytime I come through the drive-thru and I’ve paid at the window, they tell me to pull up and they’ll bring out my order to me. Well today they obviously told the car in front of me that, so when I drive up she tells me park over there and I’ll bring out your order. WTF?! They do this everytime, even if there’s no one in line behind me. I don’t get it and it’s f’n annoying!

I work not far up the street from this Carl’s Jr. Restaurant but I will not be going back to it ever again. The drive thru is S-L-O-W af and they never fail to tell you to move your car forward off the sensor so their drive thru time doesn’t go up.(I’m guessing corporate or their immediate boss looks at how long it takes them to service people so they cheat). I went inside once because I had a temporary ATM card without a Visa logo, I used it and got cash back because the ATM pad asked if I wanted any. The lady working both the register and the drive thru window let out a sigh of annoyance because she didnt have the cash to give me and had to open up their safe(which was right below her register). This Carl’s is a piece of shit. I live off of South St. & Woodruff, and that Carl’s is on point with their drive thru and customer service. Don’t come to this one unless you want to wait a while or be considered an inconvenience to their employees.

I normally don’t rate fast food places… but when it’s not fast… there’s a problem. I believe I was there sitting for a good 10 minutes… really now? Especially when there is NOONE in front of me at the drive-thru. How long does it take… I don’t know what the deal is with this location, but a couple of times when I go here… the wait is forever in the drive-thru. I don’t know what the deal is. It’s suppose to be fast…10 minutes is not fast. Either they are slow or need to hire more workers, cuz I’m waiting… waiting…waiting…damn…what’s taking so long @ a fast food joint like this??? Got my processed Western Bacon Burger Combo with 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches(hold the mayo) to go… took forever… damn…
