This is the worst I mean worst carls jr I have ever been to the Manger moe gave me the worst customer service ever said started to yell and make a big deal over the littlest thing ever zero stars for the place

I’ve been noticing the positive change in some Carls Jr restaurants, the attitude is positive and the people are outgoing. Keep it up Carls Jr you guys are doing a good job!

They ran out of meat, couldn’t give us our full order, and then made us wait another 6 minutes in the parking lot.

Came thru the drive thru. The food took a moment but it was fresh and hot. The «host «name was Chris. I am not sure if that is her real name. But she was really nice and went the extreme mile for good customer service

This is a much nicer one than the one a few blocks from my house; the layout is much more open and the employees are MUCH friendlier.
The last time I went to my local one for an early breakfast (actually at the end of a graveyard shift), they only had three or four breakfast items. This location has three premium-​type breakfast burritos and several sandwiches or biscuits.
Only real complaint was that they were out of regular coffee, so I had to fill up on decaf… informed them they just finished brewing a new pot but I couldn’t wait and needed to head off to work.

The staff is very nice but just doesn’t make up for the fact that the drive-​thru workers, even if nobody is inside or behind you, constantly have you park in the front. It’s a clear way of avoiding looking like they are slow with customers but they do this almost every single visit to almost every single customer and it’s a terrible practice. This even happens if there is nobody there at all aside you.
The food compared to other fast food places in the area is pretty average to below-​average, and the prices are higher than most other fast food in the area. To make that worse the burgers are sloppily tossed together and incredibly inconsistent with various visits, with both the look and the flavor constantly ranging from «alright» to «totally awful». Fries (of all kinds) also suffer worse here than other places from the typical issue of you only getting half of what you paid for — this is especially bad with crisscuts where you can sometimes end up with five or six instead of the 20 odd something promised. Not only do you get only a few, but they are almost always undercooked and wet, actually that applies to their normal fries as well.
It’s not something I’d recommend unless you really love Carls Jr as it’s the only one I know of in the area, otherwise there are much less-​bad options even though some come at the expense of the very friendly employees.

I come here a lot for lunch. It’s maybe 2 minutes walking distance from me. The service here is always great. Always welcomed with a smile and kind words. As for the food, great as always. Been here more than 10 times and have never gotten my order wrong. Gets busy sometimes during lunch but they keep pumping out orders and never make you wait more than 5 minutes. Overall great place to come for lunch.

My favorite Carl’s Jr thus far. One guy who works there performs great customer service and makes it easy for you to come back. I haven’t had a bad experiencedwith the food. So far so good.

Just pass this one by and find another alternative to breakfast, nothing wrong with the food, but they simply don’t want you there. Customers are just a pain to their internal needs and discussions. Oh, beware of the beggars, they will follow you inside. And please don’t even think of using the restrooms here, the beggarland johns.

The girl at the counter was impossible to understand as she spoke in an incomprehensible tone. We ordered the Texas Burger combo and a Grilled Cod sandwich. The girl asked me if I wanted the Free Oreo ice cream sandwich for now or later. I said «later», but she didn’t give me a coupon for later. I didn’t even get a receipt!
The Texas Burger was visually unappealing, it looked like a blob. Plus the bottom bun was distorted out of shape.
I’m deleting this location from my Carl’s Jr list.

I ordered chili cheese fries and when I sat down to eat I notice that my fries had very little chili. So I said to myself «should get more even if they charge?» So I waited and ate my food. A few minutes later a manager came walking around asking how everyone is doing. So I told her I could use more chili in my fries. She said its extra. I said ok. She comes back and brings me a cup of chili which is more than enough. On the house. She checks on again to make I’m doing okay. Great customer service Carl!

Came here with my family the other day and the experience is what you signs expect from Carla jr. They brought out the food quickly and everything was fresh tasting. The employee working here made sure we had the sauces we wanted and made sure we were taken care off. Great location.

Long Beach never fails to produce the worst of the fast food industry. The people that work here are very polite and I have nothing against them. They’re polite and friendly. The problem is sloppy made food, half filled fry containers, and waiting in the parking lot so they can keep the drive through moving. While I understand that it’s an idea to enhance efficiency, ordering a burger shouldn’t take so long as to require parking in front and waiting for your food to come out. Also, for the costs, the quality of the food this particular CJ’s puts out is subpar. Maybe it’s time to revamp the kitchen staff.
Compared to other places on Carson nearby, this isn’t bad.

Every time, I come to this particular location, the staff is always friendly; pleasant, and they constantly make sure that you are comfortable/​have everything that you need! If I plan on dining in, it will always be done at this location!
