I normally come here and get the $ 20 car wash. Which isn’t too bad… Nothing great nor too bad, but you get what you pay for. Today I got the $ 139 package deal thinking I was going to get the whole works– NOPE! It was just like getting a $ 20 wash just with a damp interior.
There were a lot of missed areas that I didn’t noticed until after I drove away. Car still had wax all over, interior was still dirty, door jam areas weren’t cleaned, rims were still dirty… And the list goes on.
I’ve been to other places and got a $ 139 detail which I’m always happy with. This place by far never come close to meeting that.
If you’re looking for a quick cheap wash then I suggest this place, anything else just keep on driving.
Wast of time; waste of money!

Never again. First time they forgot to vacuum one side of the car. Second time there were still spots everywhere. Had to wipe everything down myself again when I got home. What’s the point of paying for a wash?

This is my second time here I have been very pleased with their service in and out good job each time

If I could give 0 stars I would. A huge mistake not reading reviews as I usually do. I paid for the complete detailing package along with leather protectant and got nothing less but crap. Very rushed job and I could tell wax was not placed on my car. I definitely went back the next day to have them redo detailing my car all over again. First and last time for me.

I should of checked the reviews on horrible this place was. Slow, no regard for customers. I will never comeback here again. Gave a tip on my credit card cashier would not give it to the car guy. It should not take over an hour to get a basic car was when there are only 5 cars ahead of mine.

Worse f***ing place to go for a wash. Workers are all slow even when they look like their all smoking meth. Seriously if you want to see tweakers work especially the cashier, come here. Worst place, bad service, I hope they go out of business. Don’t waste your time

Slowest service in long beach. And they half do the job compared to other auto detailing car washes in Long Beach. This place is a hit and miss

Horrible and took forever! They are so lazy! I watched the woman glide over my car with a dry rag for 1 minute and honk the horn. Its incredible that this place isn’t closed. Be aware of this place it is absolute crap!

Please please dont come here. Please dont. I saw this carwash on my way home so i opted for it without seeing the reviews. Since its been raining lately, my rubber mats were dirty so i wanted them washed. All the other carwash places i go to charges one dollar each mat. This place charges $ 7.99 for all 4 mats. Even when i asked to just wash the one mat on the drivers side for a dollar, the guy still said no. It should be a set for 7.99. This place is stupid. I hope they change their ways, or just close.

For a $ 20+tip wash, I expected to have a better service, i still have water stains on my passenger window and door and the guy didn’t bother to take care of it when I told him, he said he couldn’t take them out, so I just had to do it myself!
Adding to that some of their items inside are expired since April, be carefull when buying your kids snacks or anything there. Too bad, it is less than a mile from my place, but NEVER AGAIN!
And next time, i should probably check Unilocal before going anywhere.

Just got home from this place and read the reviews, my phone was being worked on down the street so I picked it at random. Mistake! $ 22.00 plus tip, one hour, car looks awful. At least other people got amoral, not me, terrible vacuum job, car was still filthy, yes it got there that way, that’s why I went. I think the guy spent about 10 minutes on it, after it came out of the wash, don’t know what they were doing the other 50 minutes, cause they were not busy at all. Needless to say, will check Unilocal next time!

I know a lot of times, I don’t read reviews or they are heated reviews after a bad experience, that is why I waited a month to finally write one. After looking at the stars on this place, it all makes sense now.
So I went to this car wash for about 10 years until I moved further north in SH. Since then, it has gone through so many changes, but one guy Rafael, is still there after about 15 years. I went there a few months ago because it was convenient. My dad went there the day before Father’s Day because he lives in the area. He has a spotless 2014 Toyota Corolla and took it in for a wash and they stained the front inside cloth portion of the passenger door with armor all! Rafael, the one who receives the cars acknowledged the stain, chewed out the guy who stained it and ordered him to fix the stain. The guy tried three times with no luck. My dad, in his broken English, then spoke to the owner and the owner did not do anything to resolve the problem.
A few days later, I went in to speak with Rafael, who remembered me, and apologized to me if there were any misunderstandings, but not about the stains and dismissing my dad after they couldn’t remove the stain, not even a free car wash for the next time!
My dad is very careful with his cars and can tell you if any stain or dent has popped up any day. I know that stain wasn’t there before and now, although I know there are so many people that still go, we won’t be going back and I hope I can relay the message to my Long Beach family and friends. I’m super disappointed in the lack of customer service here and lack of attention to detail. You should check to see if areas inside of cars you are putting armor all on, are plastic or cloth…

My first time coming here and there was disappointment from the get go. It took about 10 minutes for my car to get thru the actual car wash. Then it took the guy about 40 minutes to dry it. He took forever and you would think that it was going to be perfect! Well it wasn’t. I got in and I was disappointed. He didn’t even wipe down some areas and left others dirty. I’ve attached photos. Another car owner started drying his own car because it was left sitting in the sun wet. Another guy was saying it was his second time there and he regrets going back because he had been sitting there for about 20 minutes and his car still had not gone thru the car wash. Not enough employees to get the process going… don’t think I will go back.

I came because of its proximity to my house, but I’m never coming here again. Not only do they have trash everywhere in the lot, but they also take for-​ev-​er. I had time to go over the H&R Block to get an estimate on my taxes. When i came back they hadn’t even vacuumed my car yet.
Everyone there seems like they hate their jobs, and granted it is a carwash job, but to make customers feel like they are inconveniencing them is just rude. I expect that from teenagers, but not from grown folks. After Igot my car the woman asked for my receipt and just left. It all seems a bit shady.
I hope they are all looking for other employment, because they are on a sinking ship.

Found this place on Amazon Local. Been here almost a dozen times hoping things would improve. I’m writing this review on my last visit, I can’t take the poor service anymore. Sure, my car is clean at the end of service but it’s not worth the wait. No matter what day or what time it seems like it takes these guys forever to complete your finish (totally under manned). For a super deluxe clean ($ 20) the shortest time I waited was 50 min. For a detail ($ 100+) almost 3 hours and the carpets were still wet for days. If you care about your car or time based on the $ you spend, then go somewhere else.

What a shame. I really liked this place, but as soon as they got more popular, quality of service just went down the drains. Still love the lady at the front desk and the guy selling the wash is still an ahole, but now it takes an average of an hour to get your car back. As soon as you pull your car in to get vacuumed, there’s no process as to which car goes first. Staff go from car to car regardless of who came in first. Finally, when your car is done getting washed, the same thing happens. If your car gets parked somewhere in the back, it gets passed up and left to dry on it’s own. You’ll never get yourself out until you make a fuss.
I really liked this place, but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. An hour for an average wash is just not worth the wasted time and frustration.

Final straw today! Today I saw my car being bumped/​pushed along off the washing tracks by another car! No respect after paying $ 20 for their higher quality wash. After that, my car (as well as several others) were placed in the hot sun to get some nice water spots. This is definitely the worst car wash I have ever had and I see many other patrons complaining as well. Some even took it upon themselves to clean their own vehicle as the wait was simply too long and the quality of care for each car is too poor.
Owner consider hiring on more help and training each one on proper care of vehicle.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been here a dozen times every time it’s MEH.
Today on Father’s Day I went in and paid 30 bucks plus a five dollar tip to have them break my computer screen that displays navigation/​audio/​back up camera etc.
Looks like the lady detailing my car sprayed something on to the screen directly and now it’s flickering on and off at best. Sometimes it is completely black. The volume button doesn’t work on the dash either.
When my husband approached the manager about it he said «how did we do that we only spray cleaner on the towel.» Oh yeah you fricken jerk then why does the inside of my car look like an oil slick!
We asked that the owner be called because we expect them to pay the cost to fix it. He said he is in church all day… Ok what’s his last name? «I don’t know» you don’t know your employers name? Somehow I doubt that.
Avoid this place like the plague if you don’t want them to ruin your car. And if you look at some of the pictures posted you can see that do a crapy job anyhow.

Desperately needed a car wash. Bought groupon deal for almost ten dollars.
If I knew they were going to leave my interior as it was, I could had saved time and money by just going to the drive in on lb blv.
If you need a super well done car wash, this is not the place.
Ok I just had to down grade to one star, due to the fact that I had to go over the whole car with a rag to remove all marks and dirt, Inside and out.
Best decision, DO NOT COME HERE!!! You will regret it!

I am not to pleased to be leaving only two stars. Simply because, this car wash has a lot of potential. I was jaded into getting my car «buffed» with a «complete» detail inside. Which I was under the impression that it would include leather conditioning. I mean after spending $ 100 on the detail, $ 80+$ 20 tip, I expect a whole lot more detail than what I received.
After waiting 3 hours… Yes 3 hours, they pulled my car up, it only took me a second to still see scratches all over, ones that easily could be «buffed» out, tires that looks as if they had only seen the water and never a scrubber. Then I open the inside. I asked for a rag at this point. I started wiping everything. I mean everything. After waiting 3 hours, spending an enormous amount of money and having to clean my own car to a standard, that isn’t too much to ask for… I leave!
After I left I just couldn’t take it. Once driving away I could see do much dirt everywhere, the ash tray was not even wiped and I don’t use it.
I decided to pull off to auto zone, picked up cleaner and parked my car at a local do it yourself car was. The results with a brand new terry clothe towel was terrible. …I am disappointed and I’ve been going to crystal car was for years.
