D2 D’aversa the Salon

Sara Nevarez is phenomenal. She has always done a fantastic job on my hair and I do not really trust anyone else but her. I have thick curly hair and she always takes such great care of me. If you are looking for a professional, loving, and fun hair stylist she is your girl. Thank you Sara!!!

I have been going to this Salon for the past 12 years, and have gotten my hair cut and dyed by Leslie Carson. She is the best stylist, and always knows what to do to fix your hair, and she goes over and beyond. I have changed my color to every color possible, and she has made every color I pick look amazing. When she cuts my hair she knows exactly what to do AND does NOT cut my hair short when I want a trim! I enjoy the atmosphere here, and that it is ALWAYS clean. The women who work the front desk are welcoming, and its a good welcoming atmosphere. Leslie knows hot to cut hair and dye hair like a boss, and I am SO HAPPY with all the jobs she has done on my head. The amount that I dye my hair I would have none, but she knows what she is doing!

This review is long overdue. I found Kristy through a Groupon deal. Everyone knows how terrifying it can be to find a new hair stylist. I took a chance and it paid off. Immediately, I felt my nerves melt away when I sat down to get my hair cut. I explained that I was growing my hair out since I am getting married in June. I only wanted a trim and a trim is what I got! She was able to trim away the heaviness and made me look FABULOUS… with merely a trim! I received a deep conditioning treatment as well. Kristy noticed that my partial balayage was growing out. I explained to her that I was growing out my hair back to my natural color and she came up with a better solution. She recommended coming back to have my hair treated with a product called Redken. In doing so, my hair will be back to my natural color and it won’t further damage my already damaged bleached hair. I have already booked my appointment with her and I can’t wait for the results since I have an engagement photoshoot coming up soon!
Kristy left a lasting impression on me. She makes you feel «at home» and is such a genuine, sweet and fun person to be around. She’s also a wonderful mother! I took some parenting tips from her that night :) Thank you Kristy!

I can finally say I have a hair dresser! Nancy Vo is awesome! She really gets to know you personally on what you want your hair to look like and gets to know what you have done to your hair in the past to get you the best and healthiest hair. She is so talented and creative and d’aversa salon is so lucky to have her!
Fast forward 3 days later… went in earlier today to buy the NEUMA products. Brittany was so friendly with my fiancé and I. She made me us feel very welcomed. Cant wait to come back to D’aversa! :D

I went to get my haircut and styled for the first time by Kristi Bowman last week when I got a groupon coupon, which included a deep conditioning treatment. She was friendly, professional, and did an amazing cut on my hair. I have been trying to find someone who could provide the style and cut I need to give me volume, but also give me an easy cut to do on my own, and she did it! The conditioning treatment left my hair soft and scalp refreshed! I highly recommend going to Kristy! Everyone at the salon was friendly and attentive.

Went in here to get my hair pretty close to all blonde and the girl Justine left it nowhere near there. Then I got overcharged for a service she didn’t even perform. The manager nor the owner did anything about this. Will never be returning to a place that lacks professionalism and customer service. What a waste of time and money

Last week I came into D’sversa wanting a little change. Gina Anderson was my stylist and she did such an amazing job. I did not know exactly the look I was looking for but she knew exactly what would look great, and she did. I had gotten a Balayage style done, and it turned out great. My highlights were perfect, my cut was even and my layers were fantastic. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the job she had done and there is no one else I would want to do my hair than Gina Anderson.
And just a little key of advice, not every hair stylist can read your mind in what you want, but if you are unhappy with the outcome simply let them know, and they will fix it, rather than ranting on social media to belittle someone else. :)

I bought a Groupon to get a haircut, deep conditioning treatment, partial highlights and style for Gina. She did an absolutely amazing job. I ask to just brighten up the top half of my hair to match the bottom and it’s gorgeous. She is very sweet, kind and talented. I will definitely be going back to her again.
The salon its self also was clean, upscale, warm and inviting. The people were all very nice, they offered me water, coffee or anything else. Everyone seems to get along and enjoys working there. I am so happy!

Ask for Aliki!!! She’s been doing my hair since I can remember. Hmmm maybe 15 years! She always does treatments and tells me how to keep my hair healthy and glowing… Especially after a color treatment!
She’s calm… She’s gorgeous. And she knows how to do hair!
Her hair is red. So when I had highlights and I started goin to her. I fell in love with her hair color! And now I wear it lol…
I’ve sent all my friends to her and they all keep going back!
I have no complaints. She’s so calm, professional, listens to her clients and even gets close to them! Like. We have even been to her house to visit her baby!

Thank you Nancy for another amazing hair style! Once you’ve had the best it’s hard to settle for anything less. Can’t say enough good things about this awesome stylist and an amazing colorist. I’ve been going to her for about 2 years and had tried several billion ok maybe not a billion but a lot of high end low end medium end and it was such a blessing to find her! She’s worth her weight in gold and I plan On taking my 14 year old daughter to her for a real haircut because she is going to start high school soon and then she too will be hooked lol
