Very friendly and I was really happy with the quality of my cut. I even enjoyed the warm tower at the end. Coming back here!

Clean environment and nice hair stylists that cut hair consistently no matter which stylists you get. Most have the stylists have been here at least 5 yeas which says a lot.

I will just start by saying I am and was at least pleased with the actual hair cut end result. But this was the most horrific hair cut experience I’ve ever had in my life. I had a male stylist I forget his name though. He was just RIPPING the brush through my thick curly hair from the roots. He was working soooooo fast like he was racing someone or had a big line of people. Neither of those was the case. I mentioned I had a high pain tolerance in conversation and he still continued to just painfully brush my hair until I mentioned something. Still didn’t help. It HURT. He didn’t tell me how much he was cutting off he just went for it. He tore through my dry hair with the scissors so aggressively. The scissors were so close to my eyeballs and with how FAST he was cutting I was seriously afraid he was going to poke my eyes out. He suggested a treatment for my hair without mentioning a price and i definitely felt pressured like he was judging my hair color and how it faded. I didn’t really care. I just wanted a cut and shampoo. Half way through I asked how much it was and he said $ 40. I was like WHAT??? You didn’t tell me it was that much!!! I was only looking to spend maybe $ 30 total on a cut and wash. He NEVER mentioned a price. He was like … Well how much did you think it was gonna be? Like I’m stupid or something. Luckily he charged me $ 25 for the treatment… I guess. He plowed through my shampoo it wasn’t even enjoyable. I feel traumatized. I cried. My scalp hurt. He was also annoyingly assertive in trying to get me to buy products. Ill never go back there again. Spent $ 50 total which was over my budget as it being right before Christmas.

When in CA i worked through a ton of Supercuts and could never find one that was consistent and one i was happy with until i came to this one. Waiting time is never an issue for me as i am on long term vacation in SoCal :)
Alma is the one i always go back to, funny, great at what she does and… :D
I get that a lot of people complain about the wait but if you want accurate appointment times you should go find a Salon that offers this.

Every time I move to a new home, after about a week of settling in, I locate the closest SuperCuts, and that’s my haircut place… Ive been coming here for 4 years now and haven’t ever left dissatisfied. So when I see all the One Stars here based on the wait, Ive learned the secret: come during the off hours.
I typically go after work on a weekday, and walk right in to an open and welcoming chair. THe stylists are all top notch, and know just what I need each and every time i walk in: Clippers with the 3-​guard on the sides and the back, and use the scissors to touch up the top! Quick, easy, and no one gets hurt…
This time around my stylist was just awesome. I came in with an email $ 1off coupon, and then she says, «Check-​in on Unilocal,Honey, and you get another $ 2off!» Saving $# on a great haircut isnt the biggest thing for me, but the Customer Service is what I truly appreciate.
There’s just no reason to go anywhere else :)

Precise cut. Met my expectations.

Benny is amazing! Customers have been known to wait 2+ hours for his cuts. He’s very professional and extremely personable. Book ahead of you wanna get his service. Amazing location, great stylist and when your finished head next door to white wasabi for an amazing happy hour!

Been coming here for about 2 years. Every time without fail I’m made to wait at least 20 mins. Sometimes as long as 50 mins. Even tho I make a reservation and check back just before the reservation time to see if they are running late.
Haircut is good but I can’t stand the wait

Timeline for today’s visit to the PCH location of Supercuts:
12:28pm: I call and give them my son’s name and number for a haircut.
1:00pm: I come in and check in at the desk
1:45: I am running out of things for my son to do in the waiting area and see several people come and go and we are never called. I ask where my son is in line. They tell me his name was voided 20 minutes ago and I am no longer in line.
2:00pm: They finally take him and cut his hair.
2:15pm: They check me out and refuse to take me Unilocal App coupon because «the manager will get mad if they take too many of them»
2:20pm: We finally leave the hell hole they call Supercuts never to return again.
So here is what I think happened. I saw people come in and hair stylists called them by name and invited them right into a chair. Then they would go to the computer, look at everyone in the waiting room, tap on the computer and then go back to their customer. I think everytime one of their friends came in, they voided those of us in the waiting area and then put us back in at the end of the line. They did this at least 3 times to us and eventually forgot to put us back in.
The people who work here may have their regular clients, but they will never get new ones and eventually management is going to catch on when their business dwindles. This is a horrible location, run by truly awful people.
You made a well behaved 6 year old wait 90 minutes for a back to school haircut, congratulations, I hope you feel good about yourself.

Excellent haircut every time. My favorite stylist is Ly. She does an outstanding job on my tough Asian hair which most people can’t cut right. Always no wait when I use the Supercuts app and if you sign up for their emails you get $ 2 off. They don’t honor the Unilocal coupon anymore.

Great quick service. I have used several of the stylist as this location for 10 years and always happy with results.

So I get that this is Supercuts but bad customer service is still bad customer service. I showed up yesterday and they were quite busy, the lady at the counter told me I could call in and be put on a wait list. So that’s what I did today. Too bad they ignored the wait list and took another person in front of me. Why have me do this if you aren’t going to honor it. Going to the Supercuts in Huntington Beach off of Beach. Perhaps they will have a better business

Took time and care to consult on color.
Pre treated hair for color application. Friendly and helpful staff.
Conveniently open on Sundays.
Very clean and super neat salon.

I love this Supercuts location. The stylists are all amazing and have taken the time to get to know me and my partner and our hair care needs.
We’ve been coming to this location since 2007 and continue to frequent this particular Supercuts even though we’ve since moved to downtown Long Beach.
The hairstylists here do an amazing job and the price is so affordable.
Remember to tip your stylist well if they do a good job! :-)

First time visit. Simple clipper cut. Benny delivered with professionalism and a good attitude. I’ll be back

Followed Alma here from the location on pch and Ximeno. It’s a little farther for me but its a nice location and yiu can make appointments an hour in advance.

Walked in, lady said wait time would be about 15mins, but it was actually about 6mins. Quick service, and polite attendant who serviced me.
Clean store, no problem what so ever, would definitely recommend.
Asked for 2 on the side, short on top, front a little combable and round back… I got what I adked for and the attendant also trimmed my hair in my ears :-) too.

Call if you can, but they will get to walk-​ins very quickly. I try to go early Sunday Morning, so I don’t have to wait very long, if at all. I have had several of the different stylist cut my hair and they all seem to do a great job. I usually just go with whoever is next up, but last time I had Lee and she was fantastic

Always fast, friendly and courteous service! They ask how you want your hair cut and ¡viola! a great cut every time!
This location is clean, well stocked with products and depending on the time of day a low wait time which is a plus! Calling ahead up to 30 mins helps speed your wait time up. As opporsed to a «walk in» customer.
