Del Taco

since when did «fast food» take 30 minutes? Enough said…
to make matters worse, the employees seem cavalier when costumers are clearly waiting in line longer then necessary.
I will never come to this Del Taco again.

Slow service and mediocre food. Nobody seemed to care. The place did not look very clean. I will not return.

Worst Del Taco ever! And they are usually the better in the fast food mexican-​american take-​out. They got order totally wrong & food tasted nasty. You would think they all at basic ingredients the same & hard to screw up and corporate would make them fix it.

Everytime and I mean everytime I come up here they get my order wrong. ive complained about this problem over and over but still no change. I have to leave this poor review. if you can go to another location that has someone who can speak proper english and GET your F’N ORDER CORRECT I say by all means go there instead. all the employees here seem to have ESL (English as a second language).sorry but this place is so so poor at listening to the customer and putting them first. very angry about this. ill never come back you have forever lost my business and I hope they shut this location down. 0 starts but Unilocal wont allow me to do that

This location is sooooooooo slow. It should not take 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Every time I’ve gone through its an average of 15 – 20 minutes. This isn’t fast food.

Sick of the stale fries and the cheese quesadillas having surprised when I ask for JUST CHEESE. Not to mention the ridiculously slow service. Given this place too many chances. Never going back!

Mediocre food with a long wait time in the drive thru is what you can expect at this location. I don’t understand why they are always so slow. Last night it took 15 min in line just to get to the speaker to give my order and then another 10 minutes to the window for a total of 25 minutes at a fast food drive thru! Sadly once your car is in line you’re trapped and you can’t get out of the line.
Whomever manages this location needs to benchmark with other Del Tacos and see how they run their locations.
On the plus side the workers have always been pleasant.

I’ve never been fond of this type of food but I will say that they have a really good Double Del Burger. For a taco spot, this is not what you’d expect. I’ve tried several Del Taco’s Double Del Burgers in the neighboring cities, none compare to the ones from this particular branch. Call me crazy but the cheese here has a better flavor. I’ve never had issues like other experience, my service has always been good and reasonable in wait time. I defiantly recommend their Burger.

Slowest Deltaco I’ve ever ever ever been to in my life. And I’m saying this because I’ve been here at least 15+ times and it’s taken up to 35 min to get my food!!! I have no idea what’s going on inside but it is completely ridiculous how slow these people are. A disgrace to the Deltaco brand … I have personally Left the location many times because of horribly slow service!!!

By far the slowest Del Taco I have ever encountered. This is not a one-​time fluke either. I’ve lived in this neighborhood or actually just south of this neighborhood for five years and this is the closest Del Taco to my house. I don’t think they ever, ever gotten any faster. If I come after work, I end up dozing off in the drive thru line.
The staff however is usually very friendly and my orders always correct. Del Taco is really the only fast food I ever eat, so those other two things are pretty important. Coupled with the fact that it’s home to one of my favorite hot sauces, looks like I’ll resigned myself to watching paint dry while in the drive thru.

If you’re in a budget and want decent food to eat then this place can feel your tummy. Just like other Del Taco, they have dollar menus and meals are usually $ 5 plus tax so you’re wallet is safe. I usually go here with my siblings cause they’re college students and they want to save money. Their tacos and burritos are just A-​ok and I can’t complain. I always order one menu item and that’s their strawberry lemonade. It’s really refreshing and they added real strawberries in it for a $ 1. I’m sold!

Great place highly recommend this place for date night. Especial for a Tuesday date night

This location has the worse customer service I have experienced. No wonder I haven’t gone to this Del Taco in a long time. Given that it was around 7am, it doesn’t mean that you can’t say «hello» and give a «smile» to your patrons. Workers looked so dead and lifeless and as if they hate their job which they probably do, but act like you don’t. I will try not to go to this location if I can help it. No mas! Adiós!

Apparently everyone else hates this location, but i’ve had good experiences. I work close and am probably there 9 times a week. Most the people are pretty nice. Haven’t had any particularly bad issues yet. The only thing that annoys me is there is one lady who puts my receipt in the bag and doesn’t tell me. I don’t like giving people my credit card, and not being given a receipt or told where it is, but it’s only one lady who does that, everyone else hands it to me.
Anyways, i’ll keep coming back.

Ok. where do I start… This by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had at del taco. First off the line was long and there were only two people working in there. The guy finally acknowledged me and take my order. The tells the other guy to take the money. I asked for my cup and he ignored me and walked to the drive thru window. Finally he gives me my cup then I go to fill it up. Drink some and goo to refill it. Low and behold there was gnat in my drink. I Almost threw up in my mouth. I did not mention it just poured out the cup and tossed it. 10 minutes later my food is ready and I get to the car to take a bite of my nachos and everything from the cheese to the meat is cold. I’m just so disappointed and frustrated and hungry. If I could give them no stars I would

Yuck. The food tasted stale and old. Not just tasted that way but the lettuce was brown and wilted. Not that I expect a 5 star meal at a Del Taco but I really didn’t expect such a sh*tty chicken burrito. It’s just chicken, cheese and lettuce for god’s sake. Just gross. And del taco is our go-​to «fat day» food. Never this location again.

The chicken fresca tacos are bomb! And so are the nachos. I picked some up before work earlier this week, but I wasn’t able to eat them for an hour and a half. Even so, everything was still delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I like the food and the fries are great, but the attitude needs work. Drive thru times can be glacial. If the manager cared, this kind of thing could be fixed.
I’m sure they’d protest but the proof is in the results and they’re substandard. Former night manager used to be fantastic. He left in the Fall and it’s all sad now.

The one star is strictly for the Asian looking girl working the drive through window. Her customer service skills are lacking completely she is rude and has a major attitude without even being provoked. If I were the manager I would fire her or at least move her from the drive through.

Slow service, but the worst part is how you feel after eating the food. Last time I ordered a bacon breakfast taco and I think they scooped up all the grease from the bottom of the pan onto that thing. I felt like crap all day. Today I got a burrito and now I want to explode out both ends. If you feel like punishing a toilet, which I am doing whilst writing this review, this is the place for you.

Everybody was right about the slow service. Waited forever in the drive thru and on top of it, I barely got anything in my chicken tacos! Other than that the Crispy shrimp tacos are good!

I have never been INSIDE this location so this review is for my experience in the DRIVE THRU only.
I used to live right near this location and the service was always slow but easier than taking a toddler out of the car seat, into the restaurant, back into the car seat, and driving home. Especially since this part of town tends to be sketchy at best some times.
Now I have two little ones to get out of car seats and the service seems even slower. SO it’s still faster than it probably would be for me to get everyone out of the car and inside and then back out to the car and buckled in again. but not by much.
The last time we went through we ordered off the regular menu and it probably took us about 7 — 10 minutes of just sitting at the drive thru window waiting for our food. But, I do believe that everything was made fresh because the guy from the drive thru window was actually standing there bagging stuff up as it was finished. And — my entire order was correct. So, sometimes, that’s worth waiting for.
Overall: Don’t go out of your way to get here and don’t stop here if you are in a rush.

Cheese Is Never Melted, burnt Tortillas AND the slowest service EVER!!!

Their chicken tacos are just so good. I live in Washington and I seriously hate that we only have one del taco and of course it’s far from me.
Recently tried a bean and cheese burrito with their secret sauce omg it was just soooooo good!!!
People it’s fast food not a ritzy restaurant but it’s incredible so stop the complainin hahahah!!!

In the battle between Del Taco and Taco Bell, I’d have to go with Taco Bell in terms of quality of food…
But in terms of a broad menu, and cheap prices, Del Taco takes the trophy. Their tacos are only a dollar… for THREE (on Tuesdays). And on normal days, they’re around 50 cents.
I tried their bacon and cheese mini quesadillas… and they’re good! But yea, their crunchy tacos don’t compare to Taco Bell’s.
