a pizza place that CHARGES for parmsaen cheese and red peppers is pathetic. Dominos has lost a very good customer.

how many times have i gotten food poisoning from this joint? let me count them: two. and two more i probably narrowly avoided by recognizing just by sight that the chicken on my pizza was undercooked /not cooked properly and throwing the entire pies straight in the trash. last night was the most recent, but let me back up: time #1: thought the pizza(bbq chicken) looked a little weird, but ate it anyway. up for five hours in the middle of the night eliminating from both ends until i was so weak and dehydrated i couldn’t walk. i was sick for a solid 24 hours, missing a day of work as a result. maybe that was just a fluke? maybe it wasn’t actually the pizza? i was willing to give them a break, because up till that point i’d never had any complaints. and further, because my husband loves dominos and(until recently) insisted on always ordering from there i at some point relented and ordered the same thing i had the unfortunate time before. while my husband’s pepperoni looked like an advertisement upon delivery, mine was so undercooked that the cheese wasn’t even melted. the toppings literally slid straight off when i picked up a slice. in the trash it went. although my husband continued to order from there at least once a week, i chose, when i added something for myself to the order, to go a different way. veggie, most often. seemed(and was) safe enough. then, at some point, i decided to give them another chance with the bbq chicken. exactly the same experience as above. visibly undercooked, tossed in the trash before taking a bite. screw that forever, i decided, and frankly i was relieved when my husband discovered a neighborhood indie joint and started choosing to order from there instead. for ages, that’s how it’s been. but last night, when he wanted pizza and i told him said indie joint was closed, said«dominos?» and i said, «sure,» and ordered his cheese pizza. because i was STARVING and had forgotten all three of the above events, i added — you guessed it, a bbq chicken pizza to the order. so stupid. it tasted okay, despite being drowned in sauce, but the sauce is why i probably didn’t realize until the last few bites of the first slice that the chicken was gamey and off. i simply threw it away, after that, and went off to bed. till i woke up at 2:20a in a cold sweat, everything gurgling, fighting nausea. here we go again. within ten minutes my abdomen was in so much pain that i could barely move, and this continued and increased in intensity for the next three hours, causing me to call out sick for the day at 5a. i don’t know what they’re doing over there. whether it’s a food handling issue, a refrigeration issue, bad product, or they simply don’t leave the pizza in the oven long enough, *something* is going wrong over there. one star because they do deliver lightning fast(probably part of the problem?), and because i can’t merely give a half star to allow for their fast delivery. order with caution. also, dominos, you owe me for four pizzas and two lost days of work. (btw, i politely left out all the times my husband’s pizzas showed up cold(as if we got one someone hadn’t picked up), burnt(forgotten in the oven while staff hung around chatting?), or his sodas weren’t delivered with the order and by the time the driver brought them to us after the fact, were irrelevant. because all those things have happened as well, repeatedly, but somehow food poisoning was my eventual inspiration for taking the time to write a review.)

First of all, please hire someone who SPEAKS English to answer the phone. The lady on the phone had to ask me 5 times for the address and my name until I got so frustrated that I hung up on her. It should not take 10 minutes for her to understand what I’m saying, especially if I’m spelling every letter out for her like a child. HIRESOMEONEWHOKNOWSHOWTOSPEAKENGLISH. Not ordering from this dominoes again out of sheer frustration.

I ordered Alfredo noodles and cheesy bread. The noodle bowl had barely anything in it, and half those noodles were burned. I love Dominos, but that was bad quality and not very nice.

Couple months back I ordered a pasta, pizza and cinnamon sticks or whatever they are called. Got my order and when it arrived I though all was good. Low and behold in the cinnamon sticks box(which was lanes correctly) was bread sticks and marinara sauce. I had already waited over an hour for this food and was so mad. I called the store and they said that they would exchange it if I came in. Excuse me? There is a reason I wanted delivery. As I am on my way to the store and I so confused why the online site said the palo verde store was the closest to me where there are two locations significantly closer. I get there around 20 mins after my phone call and they hadn’t started cooking my cinnamon sticks. Ugh. He finally gives them to me and said I could keep the bread sticks if I wanted. No thanks they are cold and stale now and I didn’t want them in the first place. Two stars for the nice delivery driver however. He deserved his tip.

The actual pizza was excellent. Everything else: not so much. We heard there is 50% off pizza items online so we took advantage and ordered a fancy pizza we wouldn’t normally get. The total came out to $ 9, I didn’t really think of it much, but anyway, we went to go pick it up when it was ready. We walk in and about 7 – 10 employees were busy working hard. We were the only customers in the store but the cashier didn’t make eye contact with us, as everyone else ignored us as well. We waited for about 4 minutes without even hearing a «hi we’ll be with you in a second»(Would’ve appreciated a smile or a greeting to make me feel welcome. But whatever. Not the end of the world) The very first thing to come out of the cashier’s mouth after a couple minutes was«online order?» And I responded yes and he got our pizza and asked me to pay. He was about to swipe my card but he didn’t give me the total, so I asked him. He said«$ 9 is your total» … So we asked«how much is the original price for this Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza?» The cashier seemed uncertain and perhaps was a little nervous as he was trying to figure out. We were just trying to make sure that the 50% coupon went through. Well he told us the original price of our pizza was $ 9… So we were very confused because our total was $ 9. The point is it took them a good while to finally ask the person in charge and she rudely responded«tell her that’s only for online orders» without even bothering to look over and help us out as she continued to do what she was doing. But we DID order online ?? So we corrected her, and she finally came over.(I understand it’s a fast paced environment and she needed to continue working but she would’ve saved some time if she initially stopped what she was doing just to clarify this simple mistake.) She then explained that the pizza was originally EIGHTEENDOLLARS???(not $ 9 like our cashier told us) A pizza for $ 18??? What? I was very surprised but I finally paid my $ 9 and left. I get home open the box and see that I would’ve paid $ 18 for a pizza that didn’t even look like a quality pizza. One slice had a bunch of tomatoes but only one piece of chicken; and the slice next to it had all chicken and no tomatoes… I usually don’t complain for something so silly like this but if I EVER paid $ 18 for a pizza and it looked like that I would be disappointed. It seemed like they were a little stingy with toppings and it looked like they just threw them on the pizza without even checking if it was distributed everywhere. Customer service wasn’t exactly the best. The pizza was actually very delicious though, but not if I would’ve paid $ 18. I will come back to this place only because they’re close by and IF they have a cool promotion again but I will definitely not order a fancy pizza. I’ll probably stick to a simple pizza. And hopefully when I go back I can be made feel like they actually want my business(:

Have ordered from this store many times but the last 2 times I’ve been able to see from the Domino’s app that my order sat on the counter«after quality check» for well over 35 minutes before it was out for delivery! Store is about 8 minutes from our house and yet it took over 20 minutes for it to be delivered once it was«out for delivery». Next time I’m going to try to use a different store. I’m tired of cold pizza!

I ordered a pizza, the tracker said it delivered but the pizza didn’t deliver and they charged my account. I called and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back then they set the phone down for another 7 minutes until the manager finally picked up the phone and gave me some BS excuse. They have horrible customer service. Hire a new manger Dominos!

I called tonight at 4:30 and was told 40 min. for delivery. It’s now 5:51 and our pizza is no where to be seen, I even called to make sure they were coming and got a vague answer about how busy they are. The delivery dude just came and our food seems overcooked.

This was the worst pizza we have ever had from any pizza establishment. The crust was burnt, the mushrooms were over cooked, there was no sauce, the thin crust tasted like a wafer cracker and it was cold. We picked it up two minutes before our order time. Won’t be ordering from here again!

It’s dominos. What you expect is what you get. I have liked them more since they changed their Crust a few years ago… The service is decent. They are pretty nice. There is no area for sitting and eating, just pick up. I usually call in the order and I’ve never had problems picking it up on time. Parking can be difficult from time to time but overall not bad. I would recommend getting their 5.99 deal during the weekday. I can feed my kids and their friends on $ 15 and still have pizza left over

I order a good amount of pizza from this location. Hand made pan is the way to go. Also, I love the saved ordering system, makes ordering your favorite combo a snap.

Never really had a problem but surprisingly my story is very similar to Trevor’s below. Last week my pizza never turned up for over an hour after ordering. I called up to find they couldn’t find my house. However they never called and offered no apologies. I explained that I have ordered from then many times and never had a problem until now. However the girl on the other end of the line didn’t want a bar and was very rude and left me feeling annoyed(it was going on 1hr 30 minutes now) I finally got my pizza and they messed up the order a second time and the food was cold. Look, don’t mess up twice, leave me hungry and then leave without saying sorry. Maybe it was the inner wolf in me but rather then stew on the annoyance I called them back and asked to speak to the manager. I never got to him but got to the speak to the assistant manager. This guy was an absolute champion who was understanding, comped my meal and gave me a $ 20 credit which went a long way. My inner wolf(I call him Charlie) has never let me down and he still holds true today. He and Dominoes are friends again. The assistant manager — whoever you are — thank you for your professionalism and empathy. Hopefully your employees learn from you as you handled this with grace and restored my loyalty to this store. The girl who took my initial call — please take a hard look at why you are in the service industry — seems like you are not quite up to the mark. In summary: Dominoes management is excellent, everyone needs to unleash their inner wolf, hunger makes you a bit of bastard and pizza is god’s gift to us all. Eat on my cheese loving friends — eat on.

This is only a carry our location… We received the 50% off cupon and we ordered the veggie pacific and chicken bacon… Both are very yummy… I do not understand why they charge for pepper and cheese and any dips… That is ridiculous! !

REDEMPTION for this Dominos pizza. Initially, I would agree with all the consistent low ratings about poor customer service and low quality of food. I ordered from here once and the girl who I dealt with was really rude, overcharged me, and didn’t honor the online deal I found and used to order. When I picked up the food, she got all pissy and acted like I was drunk mentioning the deal online and insisted there was no such coupon. And then when I got the food, it was dreadful… barely any cheese, almost no toppings, and my wings were slimy with sauce just poured on top of them. I complained to corporate and the store manager gave me a store credit of $ 25 bucks. Yesterday was a different story though. I called to find out if my credit was still valid, since I ordered over a year ago. It was, and I couldn’t have been more excited. I just had hip surgery and can’t drive, so I needed a delivery. Now, I spoke to a guy named Will, and he was super helpful and very nice. Spent about 5 minutes on the phone ordering food and he ran me through some specials they were offering. I ended up ordering a pizza, the new specialty chicken, and an oven baked sandwich. I was worried that the food was gonna turn out the same as before. But it didn’t. I was excited that the food was AWESOME, especially after having Will personally deliver the food to me. When he arrived at my house, he called to let me know he was out front like I had requested. He even offered to carry my food inside since I’m on crutches. THANKSWILL!!! YOUDESERVE A PAYRAISE! But this Dominos redeemed itself yesterday by giving me high-quality, great tasting food that I know Dominos is capable of since they changed they recipes a few years ago. The pizza was full of toppings, the specialty chicken was BOMB, and the oven baked sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. If you call and Will is working, your food will be awesome.
