This DD location is pretty good. The service is usually pretty fast and the people are friendly. It’s kept nice and clean, and even with longer lines during AM rush hour or wknd mornings, you can expect to walk out of there quickly. Even though DD isn’t my coffee chain of choice, what I like most about this location is that it’s consistent in a good way. The coffee I order always tastes the same and that’s what I want from my coffee place. I recommend stopping here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don’t normally write reviews, but I needed to give my two cents on this place. I recently moved down to the West End for the summer. I was extremely excited to see a Dunkin Donuts a block or two away! When I first entered, I saw a bunch of young kids working, which is great. However, it was ONLY young kids — no older manager overseeing everything. The first time I ordered a black iced coffee, it was given to me within seconds — like it was pre-prepared. The next few times I went in, the kids were lost. They have a drive-thru, and it seemed like the kids didn’t know how to manage the drive-thru and in-store customers. They had orders wrong, and left me waiting to place an order for over 5 minutes. I nearly walked out, but I needed my coffee. This morning I went in, happy to be greeted by an older woman. When I asked if their iced green tea was unsweetened, she looked at me and didn’t answer. I repeated myself, and she still seemed distant. On the third time asking and«better phrasing it» she became irritable and nasty. I decided to order an iced tea — I had in the past and knew that it came unsweetened and you can sweeten it yourself. She looked at me and said«we sweeten that, too.» I smiled at her and said«well, thanks anyway.» and walked out. They lost a sale and a customer for the rest of my time living down there. This place is completely backwards and needs a competent manager. Definitely not the type of service I’m used to at other Dunkins’. Most Dunkins’ are known as «get em’ in, get em’ out.» Fast, attentive service. This is the first BAD Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’ll go for a mom and pop’ shop in LB instead. I’d rather help some locals out.

Honestly, most dunkin donuts look the same to me. Unless they’re obviously filthy or the people are creeptastic, they’re pretty normal. Some, of course, are nicer than others(new ones, etc.), but this one works for me. I like how dunkin donuts has been constantly expanding their menus, adding health conscious foods, alternates, all kindsa good stuff. And, they have donuts. Lots of donuts. Annnnnnnnd strawberry frosted donuts. You wanna make this mouth happy? Shove a strawberry frosted donut in it.

Have you been to Dunkin Donuts before? It’s like that; the service is fast though, and it does seem to attract senior citizens who want to talk to you, and tell you what’s wrong with kids today; of which I am happy to listen. I blame the music. Not the donuts.

My donut was fairly stale at about 2pm the iced tea was fine but the fact that there’s no self serve sweeteners(Spelnda, Sugar, Sweet N lo, etc) was sort of annoying. Overall not my favorite but decent parking in the Waldbaums parking lot makes it convenient.
