Emerald Villa Condominiums

These apartments have bed bugs. They refuse to address the issue. I talked with my landlord and he didn’t care. I called the property management at Emerald Villas and they didn’t care either. These are individually owned condos and they don’t want the property value to go down. I’ve learned that they have had bed bugs in the past but failed to address the issue… I’ve told a few homowners in hopes they will address the issue at the nxt HOA meeting. No one should have to live like this, the homeowner said it was our fault and he isn’t doing anything. There are 4 other units infested but it’s not a big deal. I’ve called legal aid and tomorrow I will call the health department … These units are very nice but they could stand to change a few things including getting this place exterminated…
