Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made my vacation! Not only did I get a great quote for the economy car to begin with, but I was offered to upgrade for unbelievable price that j couldn’t say no. Like I said I was vacationing in California driving down to new port beach and I had reserved a Kia Rio or economy car of some sort which I thought was fine I’ll be on the beach all day n not driving anyway. But the sales associate pointed out that I’ll be driving in beautiful weather done one of the most scenic route, the pacific coast highway! And omg they were right!!! I ended up in a convertible and that became my vacation driving around in style in sunny warm beach weather! This really put the icing on the cake. I will be renting from them every time I come in through the Long Beach Airport! And I highly recommend them, they work with you for you.

I was fortunate enough to work with an agent named Heather. She was awesome from the beginning to the end of the transaction. It is not often that I come across customer service with such attention and care for the client. She understood my concerns and did everything she could to give me the best deal possible. It was a five star experience. Thank you Heather!

Great customer service. All the cars available were clean and they were quick to get me in and out of there. Returning the car was nice and simple also!

I was in and out of that store with a car in less than 5 minutes… without a reservation. These guys are awesome.

arrived to location and had some issues with my credit card, they held my reservation until i was able to return before closing. i received a FREE upgrade to an awesome BUICK, and the price remained the same, the rep said the upgrade was for my problems i had with my card, i was truly shocked. my trip was a good one, thank you Enterprise.

Awesome service and very convenient to the airport. You just walk across the street from the terminal — no tram or bus.

The return service lady was sooooooooooo rude! Don’t even look at us or talk to us. Simply check the car, and charge us without a word. What’s worst, she overcharged us without any explanation. I did rent cars from Enterprise before from other location, but with this experience, I may not use Enterprise any more. There are many car renting companies with better customer service!

Rented from them in Long Beach CA. The wait for our car was long so they upgraded car. We use Enterprise all the time and they always provide excellent customer service.

I’m giving 5 stars for ur guys awesome customer service! Tho you guys hooked me up when there was only ⁵⁄₆ cars on ur lot. What I paid wasn’t available upon arrival from the airport. Tho the upgrade rental car gave me more room, leather seats, sunroof, heated and a/​c seats really accommodated my needs in the Cali warm weather. Thank you.
Tho the suv was just returned by another customer, the suv was dirty inside and out. Dirty Windows, crumbs on the floor mats and even in the glovebox. That the con side of this deal. I had to vacuum and clean the Windows and run thru a car wash at my own expense on my vacation.
Upon returning the SUV end of the week and ending of my warm vacation here. Ur customer service appreciated my concern and helped me out, thank you!
Over all experiences will I come back and even earn ur business again! of course I will. I use enterprise rental car all the time. Great discounts etc.

I was not thrilled with the location of this Enterprise. It is great that they are onsite, however the outside temp was 105 and there very small «booth», outside of the normal office (that has an Enterprise counter by the way) was probably about 110 inside! I felt bad for the employees. About 5 of us were made to wait outside in those temps for 23 minutes (I timed on my phone because I could tell that it was going to take a while!)

I arrived with the he assistance of Über to pick up my rental car for which I made the reservation on line. I am told that because this is a «airport «location», they can not take debit cards (hmmm in essence denying a trackable cash payment) only credit cards. They can not give me a ride to pick up the credit card that no one told me was required (15 minutes away each direction) The attitude was «too bad so sad».
So let’s recap… I just paid to get a ride there, I made my reservation on line, I used my Enterprise member ID, and now I am expected to pay for a ride back to get a credit card, pay for another ride to return to complete the rental process? I’ve now spent my rental car money!!! If this is such a mandate to have a non debit credit card, that’s fine no problem BUT SHOULDN’T YOU LET PEOPLE KNOW AHEAD OF TIME?
Extremely disappointed and will use a different rental company in the future.

I use car rental agencies quite a bit, and usually find them one of the most unpleasant business experiences I have to put up with. This Enterprise, however, is much different. Part of it may have to do with being at a less crowded airport, but nonetheless it is well run with excellent service.
What I liked was first of all it was very quick to get in and out of. There was no line. It was a little confusing at first where to go to, because there’s one place for check in that has a counter, and another counter where you pick up your car. I went to both and wasn’t sure if I needed to.
What I liked especially about this place, though, was the service. The person who checked me out went with me to the car to do the walk through with me and make sure the car was in good shape. I have never had anyone do a walk through with me before. He was also kind enough to explain some of these peculiarities of the car, such as where you turn on the lights or open the gas cap (with some cars it does take a while to figure these things out). He also turned the lights on automatic mode for me, which was much appreciated. I got an upgrade on the car for no charge since the car type I booked wasn’t available. The car I got was in excellent shape and was a pleasure to drive.
Now I just need to find some way I can avoid the horrid rental car agencies at LAX and use this one instead.

As always, Enterprise came through for us! The airport is convenient and open 7 days a week. As usual, we were in and out in under 20 minutes for both the pick-​up and drop-​off. The car was awesome and very clean. We just love Enterprise! ! John and Alex S

Rude phone etiquette. I called two rentals agency about their payment method. Enterprises had a rude condensing tone. Although I wasnt able to rent a car from both agency. The other agency thank me for choosing them, sorry we couldn’t do business, and wish for my future business. That’s good customer service. I will book my car from them once I get credit card in the mail.

At 4pm on Saturday 6 – 27 I called Enterprise to reserve a car. My wife’s car broke down in the area and she was stranded with my 14 y/​o daughter; I told them she would be there in an hour or so. I received a confirmation number (896 151 814). My wife arrived at 5:15 and was told that THERE WAS NO CAR AVAILABLE. I called the reservation number back and spoke with Trisha. She checked and told me that there must be something wrong with their computers; don’t shoot the messenger; then hung up on me. I was not rude to her — but I was upset. Now I am just pissed. I will never use Enterprise again. I will tell all of my friends not to use Enterprise — and I will report them to my company’s travel department. I happen to work for a worldwide transportation company with offices in Long Beach and SEATTLE and many, many other locations.

I’m a regular customer of Enterprise car rentals but this was first time renting from the Long Beach airport location and although I didn’t care for the car I rented the customer service was excellent here.
I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to travel out of state.

Rented through Costco Travel and got a great deal. Check in was really fast for us, we received a free upgrade. We were on the road in about 15 minutes. Nice and easy for us. However, the people in line behind us were going to have some trouble as they had no other cars available at that time. I can only imagine how frustrating that would be to have a reservation and no car available. Check in was quick and easy and each employee we dealt with was professional and kind.

Our experience was awesome start to finish. The prices were comparable and I was able to take advantage of a discount they had emailed me. Filling out paperwork was quick and painless. The car was new and in impeccable shape. They were closed when we needed to return the car so they have a drop box for the keys. All you have to do is drop the keys and go. We always have and probably always will rent from Enterprise

Generally one of the cheapest options for getting out of LBC Airport. Like all the others, it’s in the same shack behind the shuttle. Grab baggage from claim, walk across the street and get your car. Drive out in no time flat. 3.5 stars
