FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Went in to get a few images printed for a very important interview. The clerk working says «oh we don’t have a SD reader you have to print it out then we’d have to photo copy it on the paper you want. Which seemed very odd to me sense I’ve gone here multiple times for this purpose. I ask him» dude are you sure? You guys are usually on top of this it’s been done before” as soon as I stop speaking a other worker looks over at me with a bothered annoyed face She was about to open her mouth but before she did I said okay and left.
Headed to the one on Palo Verde Rick took care of me right away. Won’t go in to the Bixby one even if it is around the block from me I’ll take my business to the store that cares.

I want to give more stars BC of the help I received from Selena the attendant at the desk… But I also want to rate it lower due to my experience. I must’ve come on the wrong day. 1 main copier was down. Another was glitching. Then a computer was freezing and not printing correctly. I was there for almost 2 hours BC the lines would pile up and there was not enough hired help at this location. However, they were respectful and helpful to their maximum capacity. Cheers to their hard work… However the organization needs to get them support.

Very friendly place. Haven’t shipped anything in a while, walked me through the options, easy. Plenty of parking (on the weekend) too.

This place is super clean and professional! I love a business that is CLEAN! I have seen so many dirty and nasty mail and shipping places, I try to avoid them. This place was much better than other shipping places I have been to. I was a little confused on where exactly to drop off my pre-​paid package. One of the guys working here directed me to the right place. Customer service was great. :-) I will definitely be returning.

Pretty long story so if you don’t want to read just know that STEVE is awesome and the epitome of customer service and cares about customer satisfaction:)
I went in to print 6 articles (which were pretty lengthy) & used the print and go option (self print). At first I was unsure how to use the machine (bc it wasn’t printing off of my USB) but the Adam was super awesome and helped me email it through the print & go feature; I got my code & I was printing away :)
Then…I noticed that even though I chose to print double sided I was still being charged per page (since there is ink being printed on both sides; makes sense) and I ask Adam if that was right & he assured me if get less pages but yes it prints both sides so I’d be charged (poor Adam was the only one in at 8AM & there were at least 5 other print jobs and faxes going on with other folks asking for his help)…ok that’s fine.
Then as my articles are printing out for class, I see them grab them, make sure the face sheets are separating the articles so I can staple them and hurry off to class…
But then… As I’m sitting in class ready to explicate these articles with my professor, I turn over the face sheet and I have BLANK PAGES! I panic and start reading through and notice 3 of my articles are missing pages/​content.
I email Kinkos-​FedEx and rant/​rave like… I need these pages what happened?!! Grrrrrrr :(
I head over to Kinkos-​FedEx to figure out what we are going to do about this and the manager (STEVE) is AMAZING! He apologizes (& also stunned that I have over 24 pages of blank content) refunds my money and reprints my articles for me (which came out fantastically). I’m super appreciative for Steve bc I have been a regular for a few years now (printing large numbers of pages; like PowerPoints) & I’ve seen some awful, rude people who are there to collect pay checks and leave. STEVE you rock! & I hope your company recognizes what a gem you truly are #SteveSavesTheDay

Great customer service. the staff is very helpful, made my huge shipping package seem like a breeze in the wind.

HORRRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had a fax sent here, called to make sure if it was there they said it was I go over there and they said it wasn’t! Then the employee around and told the other workers that I don’t even know who it was I was talking to on the phone!?! Then they were going thru all the fax looking for my papers like they had better things to do. I’m NEVER coming here again I’d rather drive across town then deal with these employees and their negativity again. Talk about a mood killer.

I’ll keep this straight to the point, the day I went to pick up a package, one of their employees took home the key to wherever they store their packages so the manager didn’t have access to it (Yes, that was his excuse). I also noticed that he had me wait and watch him help another guy even if I was first in cue. All he needed was to check but he went and helped another guy get a quote and ship his package first before coming back to me only to tell me that it was locked.
…So I come the next day, he said yes I have the key but my package wasn’t there even when the tracking says that it was in their store, don’t they sign off packages when they receive them? I asked if he could help me, he said he can try calling the store where my package came from but he never even tried to call, he was standing across the counter waiting for me to leave. I was the only person there and he couldn’t even make an effort. This was a very disappointing experience that could have easily been resolved by proper customer service. Nice store, bad service –especially from the manager. May I suggest the UPS store down the road on 36’th –that’s where you get service.

On 03/​12/​2015 I went to this FedEx location to have an extremely important bid package printed and spiral bound. I arrived early at 8am, and walked in on a sales associate by the name of Christina C. having an argument with a customer. I felt she was speaking very unprofessionally, but I politely waited to be helped. After that customer left, she came over to assist me and began venting about the previous customer to her manager. I kindly let it go and thought to myself that she was having a bad day. After I explained the project I had and what was needed– six copies of a bid package printed in color, tabbed, and spiral bound, she told me that it would take until 4pm the same day for it to be complete.
I nicely explained that it needed to be sent out overnight and each package would need to be signed by an officer of our company, so the given timeframe was really cutting it close. I asked if it was a guaranteed time or if I should look into going some place else. She assured me that it would be complete no later than 4pm and said she would push to have it completed earlier. I decided to proceed. At 1pm I called to follow up on the project and was informed it would be complete in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I went to pick up the documents. The first packet looked fine, but the remaining five had pages that were assembled backwards and one of the pages printed out in symbols, in each packet. When I informed Christina C. of this, she said «Well that’s the way it came out in our system.» I calmly explained that the PDF did not look this way when we reviewed in on the computer at that FedEx location. After politely insisting that they be corrected, she finally agreed.
With complete attitude, Christina C. informed me that they would now not be ready until after 4pm because that was the original time she had promised. After I kindly asked if she could please have it done sooner, it was only a few pages that needed to be reprinted, and I was really pressed for time, she rudely replied and gestured with her hands and arms– «we are all too busy.»
Throughout my visits, I listened to various employees complain about customers. I feel that the associate that helped me was extremely unprofessional and that her manager was not doing anything to help. This will be my last visit to this office. I would much rather go down the street to Staples, for my printing needs. I recommend others to avoid this location, for their unprofessionalism and inability to provide quality. If I had not gone through each page individually in each packet, our bid would have been disqualified. Some of my other coworkers have had other issues with printing needs as well. Issues where pages were missing, numbering was off, pages printed backwards, and similar unprofessionalism. This FedEx location continues to disappoint in their services. We will no longer be coming here for our business needs.

I recently shipped two items from different Fedex’s and the first cost me $ 22.88 but the other that I mailed from here cost me $ 66.48… I guess you should always make sure to box it yourself or they will use whatever is the largest box they can find. Very disappointed.

Did not get greeted. Very slow moving employees. No sense of urgency. Do not come here on ur lunch break

Thank you, Amaari S and FedEx Office! I placed an order today for some training manuals to be completed in a short period of time. When I arrived to pick up the order, Amaari had hole punched them by hand because the industrial printer was not in good working order today. Although it took her additional time and energy she was cheerful and professional in carrying out the promised order. Thank you, Cal Heights, Bixby Knolls FedEx!

Small location, but good service. I’ve run in rushed a few times to make copies of my résumé before on interview. The staff is always able to help me load my résumé paper into the correct tray, show me the basics and help me get on my way.

I had to ship my Gopro back to the factory and Gopro sent me a Fedex label so all I needed was to get it wrapped up and sent out. The process was nice and easy and my customer service rep didn’t overcharge me for boxing it up. She was so awesome and nice that I mainly wanted to talk about her.
I was helped by a young lady named Amaari she was really nice told me a story about how she got allergic to peanuts which was entertaining and she made my packing up experience fun. I was literally laughing the whole time because she was so funny with here peanut allergy stories.
I don’t usually have a good overwhelming experience at a mail center. I mean the people are helpful and professional but this gal just lit up the room and made my day!

I avoid coming to this Fedex. The line was so long and the manager decides to take a personal call! Really? Then they wanna nickel and dime you by shaking your box. If your item moves, (even just slightly) in the box they will open the box, stuff it, then retape it! Without telling you that they charged you for stuffing packing and tape!!! Beware!

Great place to quickly make copies, scan documents and print them. Friendly staff and good self service stations.

It seems you either love this place or hate it. They aren’t the most professional, but the staff here has always been extremely helpful, very friendly, and honest. I have heard them tell people that it would be cheaper and or faster to ship in an alternate method. That’s a good thing to me, not a bad thing. The review from Jesyka leaves me wondering why you had something shipped to Long Beach if you live in North Hollywood. Then there’s David, who is complaining about the customers in the store. I don’t think who walks in is really up to the people behind the counter. Remember, YOU were a customer at some point.
At any rate, I’ve used this store several times, and will continue to ship from there. Yes UPS is closer, and sometimes cheaper, but a smile and a little bit of personality from the folks behind the counter are a refreshing change. Keep up the good work, ladies.

Can I leave Zero stars. Want to know whats funny? This FedEx Store has 2 stars and the UPS Store up the street has 4. Reasons exists for that. This FedEx Store is ran by a young manager who obviously would rather do easy print jobs than ship anything. I went into the store with my Corvette Hardtop I sold, packed with styro-​foam, bubble wrap, and 2 boxes. The outside box was completely taped with packing tape and double taped with Duct Tape since FedEx employees love to look through boxes. I ship frequently with UPS but this store was really close by and I figured what the heck. Needless to say they refused to ship the box (LARGE Box but only 30lbs) because they said the box was a mess. I said check it out looks better than things you’ve delivered to me. The guy was cool and said look I’d ship it but its not my store. The manager walks over glances at it and says no. I said OK ill go to the UPS Store down the street but I’d rather take my business here. She said Bye. This store is a disgrace. UPS shipped the box for me and even complimented me on the custom packaging inside (they opened it to verify my packing and I had no issue with that.) FedEx I am FedUp. You have lost a client who ships extremely frequently.

My review of your competitors up the street. Its probably not a good idea to piss off customers when another shipping store with almost 5 stars is right up the street.

I’m utterly disgusted with my experience here! I ordered my daughter a Princess bookcase and choose free shipping to this location, and it was set to arrive between the 10^th and 13^th. So I went today, the 15^th since I’d yet to hear anything though I had provided my phone number. I go in and tell her what I’m there for. She asks if I received a call and I said I hadn’t but it was supposed to arrive. She asks for my ID, runs my name and says it’s not there. I leave confused.
I go out and check online with tracking and it says it arrived the 8^th and was actually being returned to the sender! I immediately returned to show her and asked why I hadn’t been called. She replied with «They don’t give us a number.» …Ok… So I’m telling her my daughter’s birthday is in five days, how do they stop the return etc and she is giving me excuses of how they hold it, they can’t call etc, and my friend speaks up asking what can be done. She snaps back, «It’s right here, I’m going to give it to her!» and pulls it out of the giant bin behind her.
Our jaws hit the floor.
I will honestly never go here again, and I assure you, the 5 dollars you save in shipping here instead of your home isn’t worth the inconvenience or ignorance reeking from this Fedex.
