The fat short older man is a thief. He should not be running a business and should be put in jail. I went in to purchase a tall can and was told I was going to be charged an extra dollar since I’m using American Express. He swipes my card and tells me there is no money on it, I had just deposited my money. I had a few dollars left for a beer. I could not take the beer and left the store. I called American Express and they clearly told me I was charged for it. Fortunately, American Express is a good bank, unlike this distasteful business. I recommend no one ever coming here, unless you want to be robbed for your money.

Where do i start? There is an uncle and nephew that works here everyday. The uncle works am and the nephew pm. I work close by and have been going there for years. I usually go to this store in the am but i went in the pm on this day. The nephew was charging me double for a product that I buy everyday from the Uncle in the am. I explained this to the nephew and he was a complete jerk and went off on me saying that i was trying to rip him off. I informed him that I have been going there for years in the am with his Uncle. He did not care and went off and even threatened to cut me if I go back. I think he was on drugs. Oh and they will both usually change prices on the same product day by day. What ever they feel like charging, that’s what they will charge. I have started going to 711 now. DO NOT GO HERE! There are also cops there about every other day. Something shady is going on.

I would give this place –5 stars if I could, it is a complete scam. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. I ran in to buy a small flask of fireball and a bottle of orange juice and was charged $ 17 dollars when I was told by the shady creep behind the register the total would be $ 8.

The owner is very friendly & the prices are very reasonable compared with competitors in LGB, the store is very clean, organized, have a lot of stuff

Employees are very nice but they are closed @ 10:23pm on SATURDAY!!! Really???

Here’s how a liquor store experience should go: get your beer, stand in line, get your stuff paid for. It’s not that hard, but apparently it is. The cashier was on his phone the entire time while we were at the counter. We had to walk out we were so offended. Never again.

I only go here when I am desperate. During the day it’s great for a quick place to pick up a red bull and in a great location but the night and weekend shift is serviced by someone i find inappropriate. Since it’s next to Piazzas it gets alot of traffic single girls should go together you know like wow we go to the bathroom in teams, but seriously ya that guy is creepy and bad me feel violated of my personal space
